Very disappointed with how Ark Crisis Children’s Center handles scheduling and communication. A few weeks ago, I was told I needed to pick my son up early with only about a 3-hour heads up because someone else had a doctor’s appointment that “came up.” Then today, when I went to drop him off, I was told he was on the schedule, only to be turned away and told he actually wasn’t. That’s unacceptable. When you’re dealing with children and families, you need to have your schedule and communication together. This place clearly does not. Families shouldn’t be left scrambling because of staff disorganization.
Nick JohnsonDec 29, 2025Well, I only took my son twice, we checked the first day by calling and asking if anything had happened. They told us no. We'll they proceeded to give us a lot of attitude when I called to schedule him and when we dropped him off the second time, they told us they changed his pick up time due to his behavior. They never told us he did anything wrong after asking so I went back in with my husband and confronted them. My child is difficult I do not fuslt them entirely but they handled the situation privately and were rude to us instead of communicating and telling us what happened. For a children's crisis center, 2 visits is whack to say a child is too much for their facility without speaking to the parents about what happened until confronted.

Mg BabyFeb 15, 2023Like this place,but when my daughter had caught headlice from there I immediately cancel upcoming appointments told them why and they denied the lice being anywhere in their building which was a bunch of unnecessary words spoken two of my children came back from their came home went to give baths only 1 of them had the lice after receiving daycare from there building,sad to say.Hoping they fixed this matter asap for others sake.
