  • We love TFP! Our daughter very much enjoys going to school every day, learning by play with friends and getting to express herself. They environment is so enriching and I love that kids of all age groups can interact with each other while also having structured time with their closest in age. The Family Place is really convenient for parents too as they serve all three meals with snacks and have flexible hours in case of late work day or if you need a hybrid schedule. They have a potty training program and are good about keeping parents in the loop on changes and your child’s progression. We recommend TFP to any parent needing childcare.

  • I chose this daycare because the location was convenient for my family, but overall I had to make several compromises while my children attended. From what I could see through the photos and videos posted in a Facebook group, the teachers seemed caring and engaged with the kids. However, communication was a major concern. The daycare does not use an app or system for real-time updates, so there is no direct communication with teachers throughout the day. Phone calls often go unanswered, and emails typically receive a response 24–48 hours later, which can be frustrating when timely communication is important. Drop-off and pick-up were also inconvenient. Parents are required to text 10 minutes before arrival, but even then, there is usually an additional wait of 5–10 minutes at the door. Parents are not allowed inside, and there are no cameras, which made the environment feel very closed off and isolating. There were multiple instances where my children came home with scratches or injuries, including a busted lip, without any explanation provided. In one case, my toddler told me he witnessed his sister fall and get hurt. When I brought up concerns, the responses felt cold and lacked understanding of how difficult it is to trust others with your children—especially without consistent communication or transparency. Another major issue was pricing. There does not appear to be a set or consistent rate for care. Instead, pricing seems to be based on what you previously paid elsewhere or what your stated budget is. I experienced being overcharged for multiple items, and my total payments ended up being far more than what the care was worth. Billing was also inconsistent, as the director handled payments independently and changed systems multiple times within a six-month period, which made things even more confusing. The daycare is rated at a Level 2 and does not have a playground, which was another drawback. There were also logistical challenges, such as not having a fax machine available, which made obtaining my children’s medical records more difficult with my work schedule. While the location is a strong benefit and the teachers appeared kind, the lack of communication, transparency, consistency, and clear pricing made this experience frustrating. In my opinion, families may be better off considering a more structured or franchise daycare, where policies, pricing, and communication tend to be more consistent and reliable—especially for working parents who already have limited flexibility.

  • Amazing place to enroll your children. They truly care about your child’s well-being and development. I cannot tell you enough how the school has truly changed my son for the better. He used to be scared to go to daycare now he runs in and is excited about his day.

  • Our daughter has absolutely LOVED this place! Everyone we’ve encountered seems engaged, happy, and wants what’s best for her! From the moment she started she has never once looked back at me with fear or reservation. She has learned so much! We would recommend The Family Place to anyone!

  • We’ve been part of the Family Place family since my child was 12 weeks old and they are now 3. The teachers are great, very low turnover. The facility is extremely organized and clean. Mommy C is always willing to help no matter what issue you are having (and as a first time mom, her wisdom and guidance is so appreciated). We love the learn through play concept and love that our child is not stuck in the same classroom all day long. It can be terrifying leaving your child in someone else’s care but the Family Place is really more like family at this point. My child is thriving and knows so much already .. I contribute that to the Family Place and the excellent teachers. Can’t say enough good things about this place, highly recommend.

  • I was looking for a daycare and happened to google one that close to my job. I made an appointment and Dr MommyC welcomed me and walked me around. I was looking for a traditional set up with play been involved since our son is an active boy. We haven't been disappointed two years down the road. Our son loves it. The staff is passionate and compassionate too. Going out of their way for the kids. He had made a tremoudous improvement and we are forever grateful. I would recommend it. Try them.
