The Play School at Saxony Village

The Play School at Saxony has been an incredible experience for our family from day one. From caring for our daughter as an infant all the way through graduating preschool, they have consistently provided outstanding daycare, education, and support for her growth and development. As first-time parents, finding a place we could fully trust was extremely important to us, and The Play School at Saxony exceeded every expectation. The teachers and staff are professional, caring, and truly invested in the children. Their facilities are always clean, organized, and welcoming, which gave us peace of mind every single day. One thing we especially appreciated was the low staff turnover. Having consistency in daycare, training, and education meant so much to us as parents and created a stable, familiar environment for our daughter to thrive in. The relationships she built with her teachers over the years made a huge impact on her confidence, learning, and overall development. We are incredibly thankful for everything The Play School at Saxony has done for our family. We honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else and highly recommend them to any parent looking for a safe, professional, and nurturing place for their child.

From the very first day, The Play School made Anton’s transition from Germany into preschool life in the U.S. such a special and positive experience. Moving to a new country and adapting to a completely new environment can be overwhelming for a child, but the teachers and staff created a space where he felt safe, welcomed, and truly seen from day one. What stood out most to us was the incredible care, patience, and love the team showed during this transition. They took the time to understand Anton as an individual and helped him build confidence step by step while adjusting to a new language, culture, and daily routine. The communication with parents has always been thoughtful and supportive, and it truly feels like a community rather than just a school. One small thing that has been a challenge for us personally is the mandatory nap/rest time for 3–4 year olds, which sometimes turns our evening routine upside down at home. But we also understand that this may simply be a cultural difference compared to what we are used to from Germany. Overall, we are incredibly grateful for the warmth, encouragement, and joy The Play School brings into our child’s life every day. Watching Anton grow, learn, make friends, and become excited for school has been such a gift for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making this big international transition such a meaningful and wonderful experience for us!

We love play school at Saxony! Our daughter has been going here since she was 4months old (she’s 2 now) and she has absolutely loved it! Our son (7mo now) has been going since he was 3mo old and I have peace of mind knowing he’s well cared for in the infant room. They don’t just put your baby in a bouncer and call it a day. They interact with the babies and give them age appropriate activities to make sure they’re hitting their milestones and giving them love and attention. My daughter has loved all of her teachers and even grown a special bond with one of the teachers she’s gotten to have in her infant room and her toddler room. It’s the sweetest! The toddler room seems so fun for our new 2 year old with lots of arts and crafts and learning activities (she learned how to count to five in what seemed like a week)! They also have a Spanish class every day which I love. The new gym they recently added on is really nice for the kids during gym time- it’s just like an elementary size school gym so lots of room for kids to get rid of energy. The building is well kept and they’ve been doing upgrades as needed- they just got new floors. The staff has always been very kind and helpful! Krista the director has been amazing! We get weekly lesson plans and a monthly newsletter with everything that’ll be happening. I get daily updates on our Brightwheel app with meals, activities, pictures, etc. Those pictures get me through my day! I’m so happy my babies are safe and happy here, we love it!

We love The Play School at Saxony! Our son started attending for his Pre-K year and learned so much before going to Kindergarten! Since then he has been going to their after school program and the Summer Camp for the past 2 years. He absolutely loves it! The teachers are all so nice and helpful! We have been very pleased with our time there!

Absolutely LOVE The Play School at Saxony! Our daughter moved from an in-home daycare to Play School at about 1.5 years of age and it was absolutely amazing to see how much she was learning SO quickly. She loves her past and current teachers and as a parent, it is SO nice to know that when you drop your kiddo off in the morning that they are going to have a fun day--when she "cheers" to go back to school the next day, you know the teachers/school is doing something right :) I highly recommend The Play School!!
