The staff is great! (Pre-K). We got behind on payment (personal reasons- financial), there was an agreement set in place for us to make a payment yesterday, but my husband's check hit later than expected (around midnight), he lost his wallet and just got his (bank) card in the mail today. Tried to take her in today, we were met at the door with my daughters things saying she had been terminated, I tried to explain, Breenna (director) wasn't hearing any of it, she was very rude with her responses, not professional at all. I asked if we paid today if she could return, we were told "no". They didn't even acknowledge her presence. Later on today, we were told that it had been decided at a board meeting last night that she would be terminated today. Instead of exercising human decency and messaging us last night to notify us of the termination, or even shoe compassion to ask what was going on, they met us at the door. My daughter was absolutely heartbroken, cried all day. The way the situation was handled was completely unnecessary. Totally irritated about the entire situation. Compassion and grace were not shown AT ALL. She could have messaged us LAST NIGHT and told us the situation or asked what was going on, or something... anything. But no, she waited until we showed up. Unbelievable. Guess she doesn't show up for "Jesus Time" People like that is the exact reason why my family and I (and so many others) don't go to church like we used to. It's sad.
Jennifer EmmelOct 6, 2023My son has attended Trinity since last October when he first turned two. He grew by leaps and bounds. I thought he was behind on his speech, but at the end of the school year he was speaking very well. He is enjoying his 2nd year in junior preschool and already adding more to his knowledge and vocabulary. As a parent I make sure to stay involved with the teachers on any behavioral issues that may arise at school and work with him at home. The staff is great and I know that they are big contributors to my child’s educational enrichment. He is child that comes from a diverse background.
Nancy CorbettAug 26, 2023This is a wonderful place to send your child(ren). Staff is caring and pleasant. They do wonderful activities with the child(ren). I would highly recommend this preschool.
Mary AbelAug 26, 2023My boys have attended this school over a span of 5 years and have not had a single issue. The director is nice and attentive to all students needs and is very respectful and discrete when behavioral issues arise. All the teachers that my boys have had are very interactive and is able to work well within the class size, and give attention towards struggling students. I very much recommend this school to all parents.
Robbie SmithAug 26, 2023Do not allow your children to attend this preschool if your child has any sort of developmental delay or learning disabilities. Staff is not trained on how to properly educate or care for children who do not fit in their box. Program director offers zero guidance or communication when trying to resolve issues in regards to your child. If your child has behavioral issues, the staff will dismiss your child to the point of being neglectful in care.
