Friendly staff and super clean! Highly recommend the walking path outside. I went for a work meeting and grabbed some awesome books along the trail from the Little Library. So precious!
Carly DixonMay 25, 2026Not sure why I expected more than the 5 alarm dumpster fire presentation from the YMCA Preschool program tonight after the year we endured. It was total chaos but there were 2 teachers onstage that actually gave the appearance that they cared about being there. They took the time to hug every child and take pictures with them and for that we are very greatful. The others, not so much, one lady with pink hair actually said over the loud speaker, "you don't have to talk to me, just come and get it" as she called the kids up to get their papers. I can't tell you how many people I heard saying, "what did she just say"? That was very distasteful, rude, and robbed parents of what was supposed to be a lifetime memory for them. If that lady is the best you have to offer, just stop now. All year long this program was a disaster, there was no curriculum or lesson plan to prepare the kids for their next experience. The director, Holly claimed they were more focused on the playing and the social aspect. This is nothing more than a glorified and over priced daycare at this point. My kid went backwards attending this place in terms of education and discipline. At one point they actually sent a weekly report on how the kids were doing overall. Which was nice because it's not the teachers job to raise my child and discipline her for not following directions at school. We were able to talk to her and work with her at home on the deficiencies. But for some unknown reason that was stopped and we were told they could no longer send them out, the YMCA doesn't allow that. Attempting to get a tax form from the director Holly was like trying to wrestle a bone from a pitbull. Multiple attempts before we received it 2 weeks before taxes were due. If you are considering this place for your child's Preschool, VPK, or whatever you want to call it, think carefully on how you want your child prepared. God bless those kindergarten teachers next year, this place screwed you.
JoshiMay 18, 2026Such a scam. Paid $200 in total when trying to cancel my membership. Theres so many fees and each one is over $60. I do not have an account and this place still tries to charge me $68.50 for nothing. If the card i had on file was still active they would have stolen +$300 from my bank account
Addicatt c:May 9, 2026Wonderful place, a whole lot to offer and you feel very welcome. The fitness area is exceptional! I just can't say enough about our YMCA!
Jenny RoderickMar 12, 2022I feel as if $65 for an 8 year old to play a very short soccer season, when the coaches are volunteering parents. The fields are okay for soccer, but the new basketball courts outside are phenomenal. I would suggest more covered areas than just the one.
Stephanie BarnettApr 21, 2021My wife and I have been members of the YMCA since they opened. It has been quite some time since I have gone there to work out. But the YMCA is not just another gym. It is a community partner with a mission of building mind, body, and spirit in young people and families. Their programming is always targeted with that mission in mind. We are very pleased to support this community partner that continually supports our community.
