I am very happy that I found my daughter this Angel wing preschool. Their teaching and caring is great and wonderful. My daughter performance is surprising me and my wife in her educational level as of present. I can't believe they can teach children so great like this. I and my wife are amaze of the great job they are doing. I just want to thank all the staff of this preschool. God Bless you all the staff of this preschool. Your service is wonderful.
SAM IGHAROOct 29, 2025My son is currently enrolled at Angel Wings Learning Center at the Greenwich location and we love it! He LOVES his teacher and we love knowing he is in good care. Angel Wings gives us piece of mind with their Brightwheel app, sending updates, photos and fast response times to any questions or concerns we have.
Sarah ZarichOct 8, 2025I will start with the good things. There are a few teachers who are truly amazing humans and care for the kids well. My kids learned a lot while in their care. Generally, we always had a good experience in the baby rooms. The problems started at the toddler level. Now the bad things. Those few good teachers all leave because they don't feel valued, appreciated or appropriately compensated. That causes constant staffing issues and sky-high turnover which is very hard on the kids. Kids are passed from room to room all day long with no specific teacher in charge of them. Pickup is absolute chaos. You never know where your kid is supposed to be dropped off and you never know where they might be at pickup. You have to walk around the whole place to find them and then again to track down their belongings. I didn't like that they had screen time at school. The facility was very dirty, and my kids were literally sick 24/7. There were days my toddler came home with bruises and bumps and there was no incident report filed. When I asked about it no one knew what happened. Administration is an absolute hot mess. They lose paperwork constantly. They don't set you up for billing when you first start, so you'll tell them for weeks that you aren't being charged and can't pay in the app to be ignored and then they hit you with a massive bill to make up for all the unpaid weeks. Every time there is an administration related issue, they blame it on someone who is no longer there, yet the issue never goes away. Near the end of our time there my child had a poopy diaper AND horrific diaper rash every day at pickup. I complained about this so many times and it kept happening. We would finally get the diaper rash healed over the weekend and then every Monday it was back and got worse every weekday while in their care. On our last day there my son's diaper rash was so bad he cried every time he sat or was picked up for two days straight. Our last straw was when the facility was under investigation for sexual assault of a minor by a teacher for over a month before they notified the parents and only did so AFTER the story went viral on social media. I truly believe they never would have said anything had the word not gotten out elsewhere. Ultimately, these people are unorganized, dishonest and untrustworthy.
Taylor BottSep 8, 2025Our son attended this daycare from 9 months old until he turned 4. We only moved on because he has a speech delay and needed a more intensive preschool program. The location worked well for our family, the staff were friendly and caring, and management was responsive whenever we had questions. They were also very accommodating of his gluten-free diet; we packed his lunch and they handled it carefully. The only downside was some staff turnover, which seems common in childcare, but our son was always well cared for. Overall, we had a good experience and are grateful for the support he received here.
Kelsey St ClairSep 3, 2025I love the care, attention, communication and fun activities provided for our youngest! Knowing she's safe, learning new skills, and having fun makes my time away from her much easier. Two things that stand out in my mind from the earlier days of adjusting to daycare would be that when our daughter was struggling and/or crying at drop off, we were encouraged & assured that she was very easy to comfort & redirect. Often, she'd be done crying before I was even down the hallway or to my car & a staff member would shoot me a quick update of her smiling face, reading books or eating breakfast. They also help foster positive relationships with different adults in the program. The confidence our toddler has developed is beautiful! While the many staff members may not know my name & vice versa, they all do their best to greet the children by name in the hallways, on the playground, in the gym, etc. You can recognize the career satisfaction in the smiles & positivity shared between teachers. They have staff members rotate between classrooms to do special activities, give other teachers breaks, and get to know the children before they transition to the next classrooms. As a former elementary teacher I can certainly appreciate the need to have 10-15 minutes to catch my breath without having someone asking for a tissue, a snack, another story, or asking what you're going to be doing next...for the eighteenth time! I can't say enough great things about their program. I would encourage anyone looking for a safe, loving and dedicated daycare and preschool to visit Angel Wings Learning Center. I feel relieved to know that they can care for my child, help her to learn to socialize & build friendships and prepare her for the next stages of school. The smiles on the faces of her classmates & teachers let me know that she's definitely in the right place!
Elizabeth NolteOct 28, 2024My family has been at Angel Wings for over a year and we have been so pleased with the staff and management. The teachers love my kids and have gotten to know my whole family. I know my boys are well cared for. I also work for this company and love every minute of it. The owners truly care about the children and the staff. It is a wondeful place to be!
