  I am really happy with Ashley's House! It was so hard looking for a daycare I felt I could trust and this location has exceeded expectations. Our child loves going here and asks to go sometimes on off days. The teachers all seem to love the kids and vice versa. I want to say thank you for all of your staffs hard work every day, I appreciate you!

  Everything has been great up until this point. My little one has been going to them since he was 3mo old and is now 13mo old. He adores his teachers and we adore them also. Due to him not walking, they cannot move him up to the next room. They gave us till December 1st and if not walking, he would be removed from the daycare. It states nowhere in the handbook about this. They stated they need his spot due to filling it with 3 other babies starting now until December. If you’re going to be choosing this daycare, I would be aware of milestones and making sure your baby can walk by 12mo (even though all babies develop at different rates and it’s okay if they aren’t walking by 1year). After following up with a state worker on clarification of state regulations, it is not a state regulation and 12+ months can stay in the infant room until they start walking. Always ask questions, because we have definitely been blindsided and now have to look for a new daycare.

  We love it here!! We have been with Ashley's house for the last 4.5 years. I feel they have treated my kids like one of their own and it's very comforting. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating to my kids needs. The activities for the older kids and the crafts for the littlest is the best when your a full time working parent! Highly recommend!

  Unfortunately, the director Ashley B. has been rude, unprofessional, and overall created an unwelcoming environment for me interacting with her. Typically I am invisible to her. Literally no acknowledgement unless she is inquiring about payment. She harassed me for payment during my little one’s last week at the center as if I am not typically paid up well in advance, due to it being his last week I did let the account go negative BY $40! as to not overpay. She even threatened to not allow my child to stay for the day if I did not pay right then and there, which is against what is stated as procedure in the AHLC handbook each family is to sign prior to going. A late fee is fair, making up rules on the spot is not. Very much a power struggle type person, in my opinion. The employees are either super friendly or not at all no in between.

  If you’re looking for a babysitter with friendly staff, then this place is great. But if you’re looking to receive assessments on how your child is doing and conferences, it doesn’t happen. I never knew how my child was doing, never knew areas we needed to work on, and was reassured he was doing fine. Now that my child is in school, he actually is very behind. Communication needs to be improved.
