  I wanted to leave a great review for this center as the new staff and new director are simply amazing! I’m so happy to have found this place and all the renovations they are doing. They truly invest back in the classrooms and facility, my children love coming here every day!

  For all parents thinking of enrolling your kids to this center, here is my honest review: The staffs are not trained and dress inappropriately for a daycare. The truth is that they do not care about your child wellbeing but the money. My daughter had running nose and I took her to the clinic just to be sure everything was fine. When I got to the center that morning, I was told I won’t be able to drop her because it’s after 10am. There was also a period when my daughter was sick so she was absent for 3 days, this center called me to ask for their tuition but did even ask me why she was absent or care about her wellbeing. This center also gave my daughter a scar on her face due to negligence of the staffs, they told me another kid scratched her on the face but my question is where were the staffs? How did they allow it to happen? The annoying part is when they called to tell me about it, the staff was downplaying it as if it is just a light scratched not knowing that the scratch was deep and my daughter bled from it and now she has to live with a scar on her face for the rest of her life due to negligence of this organization. I’m thinking of taking a legal action but I have to put this review to let parents know the danger this center can cause your child. IF YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS, DO NOT ENROLL THEM HERE!!!

  I’m not one to make reviews ever, but I felt this was more than necessary. My son was enrolled for only three weeks here before I withdrew him. In the three weeks here, we hardly received updates on the app. One of the few times we did get updates, they sent me a photo of my son with someone else’s pacifier in his mouth. Instead of removing it, they sent me a photo? My son came home multiple times with a diaper rash and not cleaned fully. When I addressed these issues, the director made it seem like no big deal. After the second time he came home not cleaned fully, I asked for contact information for the owner. The owner made excuses for the staff and tried to gaslight me into believing the “stains” in his diaper were the cream they were applying. This happened three times in two weeks. They will do anything to avoid confrontation even if that means ignoring concerns of parents that are paying good money to send their babies somewhere that will truly care for them. When I went to the school to gather his belongings, the owner wouldn’t even look me in the eye. She knew her staff NEGLECTED my child and she couldn’t even say sorry to my face. If you are considering sending your babies here, I’d reconsider.

  I've taken both my kids to this daycare and started taking them in 2023. They have been amazing and I haven't had any major issues. Any concerns I've had have gotten addressed. They are easy to work with and listen. Both my kids love it there and get super excited to see Maria every time. I have never questioned my kids safety here and I have recommended them on several occasions.

  As a mom, choosing the right place for my daughters to learn, grow, and be cared for while I work was one of the biggest decisions I’ve had to make. After being here for a while, I can honestly say this place has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, the staff made us feel so welcome and supported. She loves her teachers and the teachers are very supportive and helpful with everything we need for her. The staff actually cares for the kids and what they are doing at the center. I love that they do activities during the day and not just playing all day. They have even had some visitors come and bring animals and stuff to the center for the kids to learn and explore. Bright Minds has truly become like a second home for us. I’m so thankful for the love and care they’ve given my little girl. If you’re looking for a center for your kid or kids I would definitely recommend. We have recently added our second child to this center and are still very happy here.

  We came to Bright minds in 2023. We were looking for a daycare for our 18 month old and we were lucky Bright minds had an opening. The tour, the transparency of the center was great, as I was very nervous about sending my child to daycare. They always provide updates throughout the day on what my child has learned that day and their activities which is so appreciated. It definitely helped ease our minds during the transition of joining a daycare. Since joining we have been so blessed with the amazing teachers at Bright minds, the care they show for my child and others is truly amazing. We are so blessed to have found Bright minds and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a daycare for their children.
