  • Our kiddo went to Plymouth Preschool for just over two years and we have been so thankful for the care she received. They are always doing fun activities to learn and keep little ones engaged. We were so sad to leave!

  • Our daughter attended Plymouth from two months old until we moved out of the area when she was two years old. One of the hardest parts of leaving Wichita was having to say goodbye to the wonderful teachers and staff at Plymouth. It was evident they cared for our daughter deeply and worked hard to provide her a great early education. The curriculum in the toddler room was outstanding and the teachers were enthusiastic and always responsive to our requests and concerns. The new management is excellent and provided a safe and productive environment for our daughter to learn and grow. I would recommend Plymouth to anyone!

  • Both of my children attended preschool here and unfortunately for us it was a nightmare. It started with the Director (yes he no longer is there but the current Directors knew what he was doing and supported him). It began when we had concerns about how often my youngest daughter was getting hurt. In one month there were over 20 accident reports sent home. When the staff broke her finger by shutting it in a door we went to the Director and were told, “what do you want me to do put her in a bubble?” The staff are also HIGHLY undertrained. Check their KDHE record and it will show you how many staff are undertrained. They could start with child development. One of my child’s teachers used to tell her how bad she was and how she needed to be in a special school (she was only 2 at the time). The same teacher forced the same group of 2 year-olds to sit at a table for 40+ minutes with nothing to do but stare at themselves. When they couldn’t do it she put them in timeout. If you ever complained you were told “well you’re the only one complaining.” Then they would tell you that you’re the problem. The church had received a number of complaints about the Former Director and the child care center and they continued the tradition of saying, “well you’re the only one complaining.” Do yourself and your family a favor and avoid this Daycare. This daycare knowingly didn’t tell families that they employed a staff member who was touching children in a sexual manner. They only came forward after the new broke via the media. They then refused to let parents who had their children there during the time of the incident attend a meeting where they “answered questions.” I could go on and on about why you shouldn’t enroll your child here.

  • We are so happy at Plymouth Preschool. Our son loves his teachers and talks everyday about everything he is learning. He is getting a great early childhood education in preparation for Kindergarten!

  • Award Winning Teachers. I've seen the teachers interact with the students, everyone has smiles and are having a good time. You can see what your child is doing via the cameras in the Pre school. These teachers are so very nice and friendly and are always having a good time with the students. Plus, they work with the older children to make sure they are ready for Kindergarten. A great, friendly place for any child.

  • Our family had a very unfortunate experience with Plymouth. We visited and were put on the wait list for our daughter when I was 5 months pregnant. After she was born, I called the director to see if we would have a spot. He informed me that we were still on the wait list. Later, I received a call from him stating they would be able to take our daughter on our needed date. 2 weeks before we were to start, I called to verify our spot. I was told again that we had a spot and to come in the next week to get paperwork and supplies organized. When I showed up to get organized and meet the teachers, I was told that they made a mistake and we didn't have a spot. They apparently "confused us with another family that did have a spot" and hadn't gotten around to calling me. The director Kris showed a complete lack of compassion, and told me there was nothing he could do. Instead of trying to help, he told me that "he can't hide babies in the closet, so he didn't know what I wanted him to do." I am not sure when they were going to let me know, but I am really happy we will not be using Plymouth. I cannot speak for the quality of care or the teachers, but the director and his managerial staff are horrific. I am not sure how they expect to continue business and treat families this way. Being a working mom is very stressful, we have to find people we trust to keep our babies safe and out of harms way when we can't be there. Based on the complete lack of respect for our family, I would never recommend this facility.
