  NEGLECTFUL ! All they care about is money. FOR MY EXPERIENCE ? The teachers my children had are short term untrained impatient uneducated baby sitters. I absolutely LOVED Sufura for my preschool aged son. But anytime she was not in class ? There was a new face every day, absolutely no structure or organization. I started receiving phone calls about his behavior which was concerning to me so I asked to see footage & was introduced to the executive director apologizing to me for a teacher jerking my child around the class. Two weeks later three more teachers put their hands on my child. The children watch each other use the restroom, no supervision by adults no privacy to my son who requires his privacy he’s fully potty trained. I asked for broccoli to not be put on his plate, I was asked to get a paper signed by his doctor? They continued to do so even after getting the paper filled out. Disrespectful. My child was bitten and came home with teeth marks & they refused to communicate that with me. Nichole REFUSES to communicate outside of business hours AND during business hours. All she ever has to say is “I’m sorry this is happening” WHAT CAN YOU DO TO CHANGE IT OR PREVENT IT ? Like I told her sorry will NOT fix it if anything happens to my children, can’t be a sorry all the time. DO BETTER OR GET OUT OF THAT POSITION !! She does not genuinely care about these kids at all ! I also had an infant attending, new teachers EVERY week. You will never know who’s caring for your child. They are NOT clean at all, had an area rug that everyone would walk all over WITH shoes then turn around and put the babies on the same rug for “tummy time”. After I said something, they rearranged the room & moved it out of the way from people walking on it WELL DUH they should have known that already ! None of their toys have batteries, I had to buy them a working baby swing ! WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR FUNDS ?? My baby would come home with literal dirt on his clothes like he’s been outside or something. That’s how filthy that floor is. Walked into the class with a teacher holding my 4 month old up by his hands, no support to his back/body at all, was she aware she could pull his shoulders out of place by doing so ? Walked into his class two teachers on their phone, he was half way falling out of the bouncer, she asked to change his diaper ( he should be changed & fed & ready to go home when I get there after 5p if you know yall close at 6p ) but I let her anyways, welp he had been sitting in a poopy diaper & the new teacher admitted to me that he had been sitting in it for awhile. WHY BE ON YOUR PHONE IF THIS BABY NEEDS HIS DIAPER CHANGED ? I had asked Nichole multiple times for Mary to give me a call, BECAUSE I AM NOT THE ONLY PARENT HAVING ISSUES ! She refuses to have Mary give me a call, she knows she’s running a poor program. As I was seeking other child care, I was informed a lady had been called to pick up her autistic child from this place because they couldn’t “handle her” .. what’s your hiring process ? Do you even have one ? Or you just hire anybody ? Then I was blocked from MY account on brightwheel after I told her I’m seeking legal counsel. She knows there’s messages of her admitting that she has failed to communicate important matters with me. I AM NOT THE ONLY PARENT HAVING ISSUES, people who has had their children there for a few years are starting to pull them due to the lack of care ! Something needs to be done ! Not to mention, when my infant had Covid ? That didn’t notify anyone. He was literally sick EVERY SINGLE WEEK, two viruses at once .. and they don’t notify that these virus’s are being passed around they lie & cover it up. My 5 yr old had Hands Foot & Mouth his FIRST week, then strep the second week .. My infant had pink eye the first week he started & even his pediatrician was concerned that he had gotten it so young at 3 months, a few weeks later I hear another parent talking about her infant having it .. this place is a sad case waiting to fall apart.

  Absolutely recommend this place to anyone, my son only has been there 4 weeks and I’m already noticing a difference in his social skills, he is happy to go everyday, and the staff are all very sweet! Angel house has been a Great fit for our family!

  All 3 of my kids have been attending here for a year and half now I will say this is an amazing daycare my kids are always feed clean diapers .the rooms are clean and organized .They give them lots of on demand activities to do to get ready for big kid school . I have never complained about anything all staff are amazing . Ms Nicole and Ms Kerry are amazing they have always been on top of any sickness any unusual behavior in my kids and always smiling . I love that all meals are good nutrition meals . Ms Jess , Ms Saforia , also Ms Amiya are all phenomenal teachers . I will highly recommend this daycare !! Thank you for taking care of my kids and loving them they way yall do ❤️

  Literally amazing. Nicole runs a tight ship and it shows! It’s very clean, my toddler comes home happy everyday and clean! The food is varied and they have a great outdoor area. I love his teacher(s) & the communication is on point. We love it here!
