  As an over protective mother I couldn’t give this daycare enough stars. My son was assaulted by a teacher at another daycare and he feels absolutely loved and safe here. They even check in on my kids when they are sick and haven’t been in for a few days. If my kids are happy I am happy! They communicate effectively and help kids in whatever area they need help in. This is the place to go!

  RUN! Do not sign your child up for this center. My daughter picks up her 3-year-old son and was told "Your son went missing, every staff member was looking for him." No incident report was given and she received no answer on how long my 3-year-old grandson was missing. Thank God he didn't go out the door or get hurt. I sent the county, CEO, and manager of Brighton Center, Inc. a nice email requesting to view the film and requested safety protocols. No reply. As a result of the staff person not being able to do her job, my grandson gets suspended for one day and two days later there is a meeting that he can no longer attend the facility. No love lost. I still want to view the footage. What child care center gives an incident report two days later. A child's safety and supervision should never be overlooked. Tighten up your business operations and it's a great time for professional development trainings. Do better!

  My son went here from 6 months old till school started. They help potty train which is awesome when your a single momma of a boy and they also keep you updated on my baby daily. He has a breathing issue and when it was nap time. They kept him in a bouncy seat and sat next to him to keep and eye out. This place is so awesome and the staff is always smiling. I literally don't trust to many people with my children but definitely hands down the best center in Newport KY. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of child care.
