  • Literally every time I pick my son up he's sitting there in a diaper full of poop and that's not the worst part they have called cps on me and my wife saying that are son has a diaper rash and requested a wellness check on are kids mind you not only dose he not have a diaper rash but there the ones that leave him in a dirty diaper and one of the people that work there always fired for hitting a child and they turned around and rehired her once things calmed down worst daycare in Hardin county by far

  • Very great place here . They are so great with the kids . Very respectful employees and owner . The infant teacher is amazing with my baby . Every single lady in there is amazing! I have no issue with my child . Or no concerns. Very much recommend this place .

  • No child deserves what happened to that 1 year old here. Stop telling the parents to remove the post. This place needs to be shut down! No working cameras is a red flag, every school has cameras, every good reputable daycare has cameras, WORKING cameras, but at a daycare like this, when stuff hits the fan they all of a sudden don't work? I don't see how this place could be in business much longer. I hope parents start pulling their children out of this daycare and not returning. Parents must stick together for whats right, and thats exactly what they are doing. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE!!

  • The post about that child’s face is INCREDIBLY upsetting to see as a parent. Either they are negligent, or they’re abusers and that mother needs some answers as to what happened to her kids face with all of those scratches. To say the “cameras weren’t working” at the time of the incident is a little too convenient

  • I am very pleased with the growth and socialization my granddaughter has exhibited since attending Brightside. Tiffany, Taylor, Beth and Rae Rae are the best! Granddaughter can’t wait to attend daily! Food is nutritious and planned in advance. Security measures are taken for the kids protection. Thank you Brightside!

  • I called to ask about information. I could hear babies crying in the background. For the baby she told me they other own thing and they put on coco melon or TV. I very candidly told her any childcare facility that puts a TV in front of a baby is a “no” for me. I realize she may be doing what she can but this place is just very disorganized. If people expect us to leave our children with them and pay them decent money, this is not acceptable!
