  Everyone is helpful and kind. They have a strict no bullying policy and you can tell just by walking in and watching for a moment that all of the teachers deeply care about the children and their success, and that alone makes all the difference.

  We've been at this daycare for nearly 5 years (6 weeks to Pre-K) and have had a great experience. The staff is warm and welcoming, communication is clear, and the app with daily updates and photos is a huge plus! Curriculum is well balanced for learning and fun. Meals and snacks offered is a great bonus! With the newer management in recent years, we truly have no complaints and honestly sad to be leaving in the fall for kindergarten. Highly recommend!

  New management is fantastic and friendly, everyone is caring about the kids and put the kid's priorities first. My daughter loves her teacher and if she starts getting low on supplies or needs something they tell me when I pick her up. They are amazing and the best decision going with childcare network for my daughter to grow and learn.

  Do not send your children here if you want reliable daycare! Our child was enrolled here from 2021 through December 2022. At first there were lots of classroom closings due to covid but we were understanding and tried to make it work. Once covid slowed down the classroom closings never stopped. There were many days the toddler room opened late causing either my husband or I to be late to work. Then there were days the classroom was closed completely with very little notice causing us to miss work entirely. They then started only accepting the first 6 toddlers. In order to get my child in to daycare I had to show up and wait in a line outside before the daycare even opened at 6am to ensure my child had a spot for the day. I still receive emails stating their toddler and three year old rooms are at capacity and they can’t take any more children for the day. It’s unfortunate that this daycare is one of the only childcare facilities in the Hamburg area. If you’re needing daycare in the Hamburg area it would be worth the drive to take your children elsewhere. By the way, do not be fooled by the overall rating of 3.6 stars! There are no good reviews in the last 2 years*
