My children have been attending Early Learning Childcare for 2 years now. I will say this is the best daycare I have found in south Louisville. Brittany and Jennifer take great care of the facility. They keep it clean and safe. You get your own personal check in/out code and own personal code to enter the facility. They use the brightwheel app which gets updated all day while they are there. They also have a huge outdoor playground/play area that I have not saw at any other daycare facility. I have no complaints about the daycare besides I wish I could pick it up and move it closer to me! Driving 30+ minutes each way has been crazy but that is how much I like my children at this facility. THANK YOU EARLY LEARNING CHILDCARE OF DIXIE!

Quickly I learned that each of the teachers love their job. They take the time to build relationships with your child and the parents. My daughter absolutely loves going to “school” to see her friends and teachers. They are extremely communicative regarding the care of my daughter, willing to answer any and all questions. If you are looking for an amazing, personable, loving, nurturing daycare - ELC of Dixie is it. No matter who you interact with—the Director, Assistant Director, the infant room teachers (Ms. Barbara, Ms. Jamie, Ms. Kim), or even the kitchen staff—you are always met with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. Everyone is informative, supportive, welcoming, and truly a pleasure to interact with. It is clear that every member of the team is dedicated not only to the children but also to making families feel comfortable, valued, and supported.
Harley MillionJul 14, 2026We have been here for 2, going on 3 years. I really have appreciated this daycare. Both my boys attend here. Every daycare has it usual children being children issues (biting, hitting, hurting themselves) but there has never been a serious issue. Every accident is reported in a timely manner and if there are any concerns they will message or call me. I have been through 4 daycares before I came to Early learning on Dixie and I’m so happy I found this daycare. I’m at peace leaving my kids to work knowing they are in great hands.

Nothing but great things to say.The communication is amazing, we love the consistency on the app. The infant teachers Ms.Barbara and Mrs.Kim are phenomenal our kid always smiles when he sees them, that connection is hard to find. I love the photos on the app, and the updates.The family engagement activities are definitely an added bonus, we loved attending the ice cream social. The director and staff are truly invested in a positive caring learning atmosphere and I appreciate that. We love it and are thankful for all the staff.

The director is responsive to any questions I have and communicates proactively with me if I need to be updated on anything. All of the teachers truly care about the kids, going above and beyond to make everyday engaging and safe.
