My child started at this daycare 4 years ago and it was great but since the old director and her assistant left it has just really gone down and that’s just in the past four months. Kids are treated unfairly by teachers, but the kids who have family members there get special treatment and are allowed to literally beat on the other kids with no consequences. The new directors are never there, the new teachers don’t care about the kids. So many parents have left because of how downhill it has went . If you are a parent and want what is best for your child I highly recommend not putting your kid in this specific kindercare location. We tried so hard to give it the benefit of the doubt but it is just not worth it anymore it some how keeps getting worse.
Brooklyn BJul 22, 2026It's a bittersweet day as we say goodbye to the village who helped shaped our last 3 years. Ms Rachel is not only an amazing human but as director, has made our experience enjoyable and easy. Very communicative of all activities, and handles all concerns with ease as well. To the teachers and aides, not enough thank yous! My girl is K ready! We will miss your faces. Can't recommend enough, it is worth that price tag. Daycare isn't cheap anywhere, make sure it's at least with staff you trust and this crew is 100% worth it! Thank you!
Amanda LePageAug 13, 2025I’ve been so happy with our experience over the past year at this daycare as my daughter moved through the toddler and discovery preschool classrooms. She’s excited to learn, adores her friends, and has built meaningful bonds with every teacher and staff member. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond to make her feel safe, included, and truly special — and it shows every single day. We love the thoughtful, engaging curriculum that keeps her curious and growing, and we’ve also been grateful to be part of such a wonderful, involved parent community. The app updates are fantastic; she lights up looking at her photos each evening and eagerly shares stories from her day (special thanks to Rachel, Brevan, Ari, Cadence, Courtney, and Alisha for their frequent mentions in these conversations!). We also really appreciate the monthly newsletters that explain learning themes and offer tips to reinforce them at home, plus the detailed weekly updates on upcoming activities. We originally chose this daycare because of Brevan’s instant, genuine connection with her during the tour — and we remain because that same warmth, dedication, and professionalism shines through across the entire team. We couldn’t ask for a better environment!
jasmineMay 9, 2025We’ve had a wonderful experience with KinderCare! Our 2-year-old was a little slow to warm up at first, but everyone there was so patient and loving with him. Now he absolutely loves it and he gets so excited in the mornings when we tell him he’s going to see Ms. Star! The whole staff is incredibly kind. Even teachers who don’t work directly with him still greet him by name every day, which just shows how caring and welcoming everyone is there.
Caitlin RiceMay 6, 2025FTM and was super nervous about sending my 4 month old to daycare while I returned back to work after my maternity leave ended. This place is amazing and made the transition as smooth and painless as possible. The teachers are all great, including the director and assistant director. The rooms are very clean and filled with so many colors and books and toys. It’s very obvious the teachers love every child that comes through their classrooms. My child was extremely well taken care of and thrived. She would still be at this location if we didn’t have to move, but her success here made it an easy choice to transfer to the local kindercare in our new town. 10/10 would recommend.
Jessica NeaceJan 10, 2025My son went here from 2-5 years old, and I really cannot say enough good things about the staff. They helped potty train him, and honestly without their help I am not sure how I would've done it alone. The little family that this place has given my son is just amazing, he has a little group of friends who are best friends, and even after going off to kindergarten we still all meet up for play dates and birthday parties. The director and assistant director are both really amazing people. Seriously. My son always felt welcomed, and even on bad mornings, they went out of their way to make him feel safe and happy to be there. I was so nervous to take my son to daycare, but the experience we had here was amazing. They do more than just watch the kids, they do all kinds of learning activities, summer outdoor stuff, and multiple family engagement activities. I really feel like after my son went here, I gained another family.
