The staff at Kid City USA - Bardstown are always welcoming and warm. My kiddo has received excellent care and attention.
Grace BerriosAug 19, 2024The worst daycare ever, nothing but snobby people up there, if you don’t meet their standards of being their puppet and being fake they all of a sudden don’t like you, managers are so lazy. That’s why it’s as bad as it is nobody to talk to when you need someone cause they’re either not there or shoving their face. They like to yell at kids for doing kid stuff and they treat employees so terribly. I recommend watch me grow daycare they’ve been so much nicer to my nephew. I would rate kid city -0/10 wouldn’t let them watch my dogs.
Emily BaileyMar 6, 2024My niece started here last year doing the summer program, she is now in the before and after school program. We have had nothing but the best experience! The staff really go above and beyond to help with her homework, socialization, and speech progress! I am so blessed she is apart of a great hive!
Amanda WestfallNov 29, 2023I was on the waiting list for awhile but I most say I can see why it was well worth the wait my child love going everyday the class rooms are always clean the staff are amazing my child has to tell everyone bye before he's ready to go at the end of the day they really work with the children in learning and how to help parents and the child with behavioral issues as a team I love there app they use to update me all day everyday how my child is doing it really puts my mind at ease why I am at work and I also can message the teacher and time if I'm worried about my child that day I'm truly grateful for this center and the staff they have there
Destiny MillerOct 26, 2023Absolutely the worse daycare in Bardstown! I don’t recommend to anyone that has children that can’t speak for themselves. Multiple Times my baby felt in there and when we questioned the owner she was too busy to answer us and told us to ask the director that was also busy doing kitchen cleaning duties. My baby got contagious HMF and the owner would wait until after pay day to send her home. So after receiving the payment my baby would not attend for 5 days. Careless employees that get paid very low money, so obviously no one will care & love your children. I would purposely stop by around Lunch and the children were already sleeping before 1130am, and some days Until 220pm which is breaking the regulations of the kentucky cabinet… Some days they would change the menu without communicating with me, since my children has food allergies, so my children would not eat properly and be starving when I went to pick them up… and SO ON!! Absolutely the worst daycare and specially the careless owner, Katie.
Samara GrantOct 16, 2023I’ll say it once and I’ll say it again. We LOVE kid city. My daughter started in the infant room and is now in the transitional one room. I cannot give Ms.Brittany and Ms. Amanda enough stars!
