  This daycare is unprofessional. They have unrealistic time frames for new admissions to get used to their new environment especially if they have never previously been to a daycare facility. No tolerance for children who have verbal and auditory delays who cannot express themselves easily. If your child is not feeling well, didn't sleep well, or simply having a bad day they will promptly excuse them and no longer provide you with their services. Minimal efforts to help exhausted parents. Be prepared to have a back up daycare or sitter. Do better.
