  • This was the worst daycare my children has ever attened. If you have a child with any type of learning disabilities, do not send them here. My son is autistic,(very low on the spectrum) and this place did nothing to help him. I told them before my child even started, that he was autistic, and they made it seem like it was okay. I was leaving work crying because I was getting phone calls of things my child apparently did. After awhile, I finally had enough and asked to see the cameras and to see what was triggering my child, only to be told that I could not until the director came back, and i replied that I was fine with that. What I was NOT fine with, was one of the directors partners telling me that even though my son is autistic, he knows better, and that nothing was triggering him, he just acted like that. I knew he did not, so i waited. She came back and I never saw those cameras. A few days later I get told I need a meeting about my son's behavior. I thought everything was fine after this meeting, until I had cps calling me telling me I'm under an investigation, later to find out over a bruise that happened a month prior to this meeting. I was very upset and torn up when I spoke with a cps worker. She was shocked to learn that this bruise was a month old. It turns out that the daycare called right after our meeting. I told her I felt like it was retaliation for me wanting to see the cameras and getting upset about the knowing better comment. I showed her where my daughter fell, she took her notes from questions, and then she left. I was told that nothing was going to proceed further in the investigation, and I went to let this daycare know I was pulling my children. They did admit to calling cps on me, but tried to blame it on things my daughter had said that they wrote down. I never saw the paper, and the cps worker never mentioned my daughter saying these things. I pulled my children out and put them where I work. Their behavior changed so much, so fast. My daughter has excelled in her preschool room, and my son is one of his teachers best students, so I knew something was not right with this daycare. I have just found out that my children were not treated nice at this daycare, and that the director and her two partners sit at the front of the building all day, and do not help their staff. This came from someone who used to work at this daycare, so you can imagine the heartbreak I feel having someone validate that I was being lied to. This daycare had a staff member private messaging my children's father about our childrens behavior. When I told the director, she yelled at me and I mean yelled at me, to give her the name of the person. This place is very unprofessional, not honest, and caused me a lot of emotional damage.

  • Unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. Do not trust them with your children!

  • Very unprofessional for asking for payments without offering any service. Lazy staffing and bad management skills!!! Knowing full well some parents cant go to eork now that you wont watch their children AND STILL asking them to pay you for a job youre not doing. Hope you cant open back up after all this :)

  • My wife called at least two months in advance to secure a spot for our new born and a week before he was suppose to start my wife called and somehow he is now at the bottom of the list after the staff said they rearranged the list.

  • This place is amazing every day when I pick up my son he has a big smile on his face and the teachers are kind and there’s plenty a room for them to play they’re not scrunched into to a tight fit room They are also one of the only day cares in town that has a full security system with panic buttons and every room so I can rest assured that if anything happens my son will be taken care of.

  • My daughter always had the best of times going here, best learning center in town for sure, if not all of Western Kentucky. If I am ever in the area again with children who need supervision during the day I will always go to this facility. You can trust that your kids are being cared for, nurtured, as well as educated. Simply put your children will receive all the care they need and more to better prepare them for their future in school and life. Thank you Lily Pad Learning Center for being a great establishment for local children.
