  Recently took a tour and was not impressed however I did like their room setups and the yard space for the kids to play. Staff was on their phones a lot yet I was told they don’t use brightwheel as much as they should. 🤔 then was also told three year olds don’t get bathroom breaks they just take them whenever they feel like or when told by the toddler themselves that they have to go. So no set schedule for potty training. Also good luck getting in touch with staff and management. I never received any call backs even after leaving voicemails except once to schedule tour not to mention I showed up to the location because of them not returning my calls and staff wouldn’t even let me in to talk with management. If it takes this much effort and I still don’t get a call back it’s not worth it.

  We have had our children attending milestones for 6 years now and every year we’ve seen this center continue to invest in educational-centered learning programs. We were never interested in simply a “daycare” and have placed a strong emphasis on the educational side for our children. Milestones works with us every year to ensure each of our children are being set up for success, challenged and growing. Our oldest child graduated from Milestones and went on to do really well in Kindergarten. We are so thankful for their loving teachers and the staff that don’t hesitate to listen and work with those parents that want to be involved in their children’s daily activities and plans.

  Instead of being pulled in office to talk about my child all my business was blurted in hallway in front of other people. Also did not like the fact that one of the ladies used one diaper wipe to wipe multiple children's snotty nose.🤢

  We love the team at Milestones! They've always been very attentive to our questions and the app is amazing! It's fun to see what our kiddo is doing throughout the day, if they've eaten their lunch or snack, and just to easily message her teacher on the fly. It's a clean facility and they let us know the lesson plans each week, so we have an idea what our LO is doing on a regular basis. Having dealt with most of the other daycares around Murray in some capacity, Milestones is our go-to for any parent that asks us about childcare.

  The facility is great. The app wasn’t all we expected it to be and wasn’t utilized the way intended or explained it would be. We were told it was actually a luxury and we were technically not paying for that service. I think with new leadership this place could be wonderful. We chose to move our child due to extreme lack of communication and empty promises that were made from when we signed up. Years down the road once they gain experience it can be great. Kindness goes a long way, especially when dealing with parents that just want the best for their children.
