  I gave them the last day of my child to attend to be May 15, 2026. Today Monday the 11th I was “greeted” by a staff that didn’t introduce herself or nothing (keeping in mind it was the first time I ever seen her) with a “he’s not saying, you gave us a 2 weeks notice and we already took him out of our system” when I stated the message clearly said his last day was May 15, she started “looking” for a message and said “wells it’s after 9:30” and that’s our cut off time for drop off, I responded with it’s 9:31 and walked away. So not only did they had the complete wrong information, instead of fact checking she gave me a “he’s not staying it’s pass 9:30” I’m sure when I pulled up it was 9:30, I been knowing the drop off policy. I could have argue that it became pass the time due to the loss of time I suffered due to their own errors but I would’ve just lost more time. They do have some great staff, that to me it made it “worth” the hassle of dealing with a place that constantly has to be under new management, it’s a shame that they can find a professional director to run this place.

  The staff and administrators at Whiz Kids Academy are AMAZING!! The passion that they have for the kids is evident from the moment you walk through the doors. My grandson is greeted immediately every morning and I know that he is in safe hands. The communication throughout the day with parents/caregivers is a wonderful asset. Highly recommend!!

  My son has been attending this daycare almost two months now. He has been to other daycares in the past, but he loves whiz kidz more!! He wakes up every morning excited to go! He has had no issues so far. The teachers are very communicative and so sweet with the kids and I love the bright wheel app that they use. Keeps you very informed about how their day is going and the teachers write back immediately. Also, Kelli the director is amazing!😊

  This daycare exceeds my expectations. My daughter has attended the past 4 years and now does after school care here. The teachers genuinely care about my child and remember the little things like her glasses, belongings, interests, so much more. Highly recommend this daycare!

  Worst decision I made was putting my son in this school. They don’t work with you. Don’t communicate. Unreliable. 0/10 if I could. My child is constantly getting sick, and they’re not properly cleaning. My child has came home with a gash in the side of his head with no explanation. Don’t take your kids here if you’re expecting proper care for your child.

  We absolutely love Whiz Kidz! Every time my baby goes to his daycare teacher, Ms. Vanessa, he lights up! He loves all the teachers, to be honest! Anytime I have a question, the staff always responds right away. They are knowledgeable about different stages of development and super accommodating when it comes to specifics for my little man. Thank you for all you do for our little ones! 🙏❤️
