  Overall, we had a great experience at Bright Horizons in Hammond, LA. Our son went there from 1-2 years old, and we left only because we wanted a daycare closer to home. In the beginning while my son was getting used to the daycare, the faculty helped him so much. Their patience, kindness, and structure really helped him adjust and progress throughout that year. He learned so much, and I enjoyed how they kept me updated with pictures and messages through the app. I also really appreciated the menu that the school gave to my son. It was comforting to know that he was getting high quality meals there. Our biggest concern was a high turnover of teachers during his first few months, but that problem eventually was handled, and he was able to bond with consistent teachers for his class. Overall, we are really thankful for this facility and his teachers that helped him along the way.

  We love Bright Horizons. Both of my little ones have been going here since 3 months old. They are now 3 & 1. The structure and routine of each class is unmatched, and personally that’s what I want for my kids. The teachers are great and all so helpful. When I drop my kids off early in the mornings I know they are in great hands and I do not have to worry because I’ll get a phone call if there’s a question or anything happens. Such a great peace of mind knowing your babies are being well taken care of.

  Can’t say enough great things about Bright Horizons at North Oaks! Bridget in the infant room takes such good care of my baby, she noticed she got her ears pierced over the weekend within minutes of me dropping her off. It’s those little things that let me know they truly care and pay attention! Ashley and Lauren are very responsive to all of our family’s needs and make sure everything is going good! My big girl has had wonderful teachers during her 4 years here including Ms. Aalliyah, Ms. Shimetha, and Ms. Beverly! :)

  I can’t say enough great things about Bright horizons! I’ve been sending my girls there for over four years and have no complaints what so ever. Ashley the director and all the teachers there are great and care for my girls like their own. The hours are great for families with early jobs and crazy schedules. I wish my girls could go here forever!

  After a bad experience at another local daycare, I was terrified to send my children to another. 2+ years later and we have zero complains about Bright Horizons. My oldest talks about his “big school” all the time. Bright Horizons has an app and I’m able to see pictures of my son throughout the day, I know what he’s eaten, what all he learned and just seeing how happy he is here made me feel at ease. We’re going to miss our Bright Horizons family as we’re entering Kindergarten.

  I am very pleased with the care BH has provided for my daughter. The administration and staff is fully committed to communication, safety, wellness and education. I love the my bright day app. The teachers log meals, naps and send pictures + videos of the babies engaging in activities. I highly recommend Bright Horizons if you are searching for an excellent childcare center.
