They have loved my children as if they were their own from the very beginning, and they continue to do so today. It's more than a daycare. It's a family.   I am an occupational therapist and work with a few children who are enrolled at this daycare. I am so impressed with the leadership and operation of this daycare. It is clean organized and smoothly run. staffed by Individuals who are cognizant about how to best prepare children for the next phase of life. Developmentally, the operation and physical space optimizes meeting physical and scholastic milestones. They are open to and interested in learning and carrying out whatever recommendations I may advise on, and offer valuable information that influences how we work to reach goals. Additionally the physical surroundings of the whole facility, all functional spaces, is the right balance of sensory enhancing (stimulating) and calming features. The activities of after school programs seem well run, though I only observe this from a distance, not directly involved. I would recommend this daycare for all children with all levels of skills and/or limitations. They are all treated the same through exemplary standards of care and instruction.

  My wife and I were very excited to enroll our daughter in camp and school at Brighter Horizons. The director chose to display an act of inappropriate behavior in the presence of my 4 year old. Thankful I was able to see this during camp and before she would have been enrolled in the school program. Very disappointed.

  I can't even believe the way my husband was treated in front of our 4 year old daughter when dropping her off for "summer camp" 10 min late. I specifically told the director before enrolling her for the fall school year of 2018 that my husband works nights and could she be a little flexible during camp. I was reassured it was no problem at all. After being asked to leave camp and take our daughter home, she started crying asking what she did wrong and why she wasn't allowed to play with her friends that day. We never returned to Brighter Horizons. Disgusting and inexcusable!
