  My family and I were stationed here July of last year and immediately were placed on the waitlist for childcare for (at the time) unborn Son. Almost a year later we have not moved at all on the list and are considered "low priority" as instructed by the management of the facility. My family moved 20 hrs away from anyone in our network (friends/family) that could help with him, are completely unfamiliar with the area, my wife and I both having new jobs, and relied on the fact that childcare should be easy thru the military. We learned now that is completely untrue, the resources of the facility are lax and the urgency to assist service members (who they should be supporting) even lower. They instructed us that by the time our son is a toddler that they should ve able to "fit him in", we will PCS prior to that and have to be added to a new waitlist... The military should consider defunding this facility and reallocate that money to offer families grants for childcare or contract directly within the community. I recommend getting on their extremely inclusive list as soon as you conceive, maybe you be able to get your child in prior to them turning 1. Will follow this up with a ICE report/ Congressional to help motivate some change in the overly apparent broken system.

  I’ve been with this daycare for almost 4 years and it’s sad to say they have truly went down hill. I will say once your child turns 3 look for options elsewhere. Teachers are in high turn over rates, students are allowed to do whatever they want meaning they have no respect for any of the teachers, management is incompetent and most importantly it’s not worth the money anymore. I’m so glad to say good riddance yes I’ll miss some of the gems but I will not miss the nonsense and runaround I received while going there!
