  I am extremely disappointed with the level of care my children received at this daycare. My baby came home crying, and I couldn't understand why because she's usually a happy baby. When I checked her diaper bag, I found that all four bottles I had packed that morning were still full, which means she had not bed fed throughout the day. When I addressed my concerns with the staff, I was told that her teacher was absent. A staff member's absence is not an acceptable reason for not just my child but any child to go without being fed. In addition to my child's neglect, my other child was bitten by another child during the day, and I was not informed of the incident until I arrived for pickup. Parents should be notified promptly of any injury or incident involving their child. Parents trusts childcare providers to ensure their children are safe, properly cared for, and in a nurturing learning environment. The lack of communication and the concerns I experienced have caused me to lose confidence in this facility. There's no telling what else goes on at creative children's learning center that the parents are unaware of. 0 out of 10, I would never recommend!
