  This morning I was approached in the middle of the center being told that my child’s tuition was a week behind and he could not stay if I did not pay the tuition. I only had a $45 balance on the account and was waiting to pay full when I was charged for the full tuition. I had the money but it was not a problem because that was not a week behind. A week prior I received a message the same message when I had a positive balance on the account so I did not think anything of it. I explained to Jessica I account was not a week behind. She demanded it was repeatedly. My tuition is greater than 45$. I stood there humiliated because she was saying my child couldn’t stay over a balance less than the weekly tuition. An amount that I had. I nervously paid the amount and left the center. My child’s last instructor at this school pinched him when he would not take a nap. I never reported that to higher up but this is absolutely insane. They are going into debt. They discriminated and do not want to care for the children. I do want to add that his new teacher is a very sweet soul and she treats him well. It is the instructors who treat us as if they are discriminating.

  I cannot say enough positive things about our daycare! We have been with Kindercare for almost 4 years now and we love them, they are like family! They love, nurture and understand the uniqueness of my children. I feel like I can talk with them about anything and they would listen and respond quickly with any concerns. I would recommend them to family, friends and strangers.

  I’ll start off with me some positives. This center is good at teaching songs. And keeping a good schedule as far as meals and nap times with the kids. I can notice some improvements in actions with my son. Which is wonderful. But unfortunately the staff is not friendly. Sometimes I’ll get a good morning but most times not. As far as following simple requests like only providing a pacifier at nap time is purposely ignored. The staff even tried to hide the fact that my son is using one when I come to get him by taking it out of his mouth so that I don’t see it. He’ll go the entire weekend with out one at home. But at daycare they refuse to work with me on the issue. Which is extremely aggravating. Pictures are not updated regularly on the app. When I bring up certain issues that I have, it is usually met with poor dispositions.

  Amazing staff, even though my son (3yo and never went to daycare) just started there, the days leading up to him starting, they were just wonderful. There were no screaming babies, its clean, they had new toys in the office for the kids, every area of this place is somewhere your child would want to play. Ms.Carla and all the other women are just as kind to you as they are to your kids. Great place and happy I chose it.
