  Unfortunately, over the past several months, things have changed significantly here. There appeared to be a large amount of staff turnover in a very short period of time, including the departure of many long-term employees and my son's teacher. Parents were given very little communication regarding these changes. There were days when children were being moved between classrooms without notice, and there was no clear communication about who was caring for them. Shortly afterward, the director announced she would be leaving, and a new director was hired. Aside from a brief introduction letter and a notice of a tuition increase, there was no opportunity for families to meet the new leadership team or many of the new staff members. My son was moved to a new classroom without my knowledge, and when I asked if I could meet his teacher, I was told no because she worked outside of my drop-off and pick-up hours. What ultimately led us to withdraw was the change we saw in our son. After more than a year of happily attending school, he became withdrawn and reluctant to go each morning. Staff members frequently did not know his name, asked who he was at pickup, and often brought me the wrong belongings. For a child who had attended the center for over a year, this was concerning and made me feel that he was not being truly known by the people caring for him. There were also concerns regarding communication and accountability. On one occasion, my son was injured and no incident report was completed despite the matter being brought to the center's attention. When we withdrew, I provided notice in writing, through the parent app, and verbally, yet we were still charged tuition afterward. It is important to note that we are not the only family who has had concerns. Many of the long-time staff members and several families we had come to know during our time here have also left in recent months. I am grateful for the teachers who cared for my son during the majority of his time at this center. They played an important role in his growth and development, and we will always appreciate them. However, based on our experience over the past few months, I can no longer recommend this daycare to other families.

  We are having a very positive experience with Fountainbleu Daycare. This is our third daycare, and it has been the best by far. The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive not only to our child, but to us as parents as well. While there may be occasional minor hiccups, the overall quality of care has been excellent. Our son is happy, actively learning, and most importantly, safe. We truly appreciate the dedication and support of the entire team. Thank you for all that you do!!!💙💙💙

  I have a bad experience with this daycare .my daughter was attending other daycare due to the closure of the other daycare I decided to bring her here every one in the other day care was saying your daughter is just smiling and calm . After she started attending this daycare first month her attitude changed and every day if not two days I have to receive a call your daughter is refusing to do this that and most of the reports just problems with the teacher . Last month my daughter started refusing to going to this daycare. After questioning her I found out the teacher was scaring my daughter by saying if you don’t clean up the kids police will get you and pretending calling them my daughter verbally said the police ganna get me “what” she is 3 years old . Even the kids came with no sign of physical abuse but parents pay attention the mental abuse is worser. I contacted Jostin she talked to the teacher and she told me she is new teacher and we told her she should not say that . It means no training been given to the teacher . Then i sent a massage on the app concerning this issue please to make my daughter comfortable and safe the same teacher need to told her that there is no police going to get you i was just kidding. No one responded. After few days they started every day giving me to sign reports almost all the reports was problems with the teacher . I asked them to see the camera just the incident you keep telling me things i need to see. Especially with what happened. They refused and I let it go. After two days they deleted my massages leaving only where i says i my sorry about what my daughter did next day they told me this is going to be the last week of your daughter. I took my daughter to different daycare she told me I like the new day care . Raising voices on my daughter and pulling her hand thinking i left Mrs. Erica is not good or record her with your phone while she is crying instead of calming her and without my permission. Means you need more training. I didn’t mention all. But im glad my daughter she is safe now .

  When I first walked in this daycare, I knew my little one will enjoy it. The staff is amazing. The director Ms. Jostine is professional and have strong communication skills. I'm a very pleased parent . Keep up the good work fountainbleau staff!

  Peace of mind! I never have to worry about my kids. They have excellent communication and even send pictures of my little throughout the day! My oldest also went here and is always excited to go back and visit for camp! We are so lucky to have such caring, professional, safety focused childcare.
