  Do not recommend this place. My daughter was very hesitant every time she stepped foot in this environment. We have numerous incident reports that stems toward a lack of supervision. Corporate and local management were disrespectful and not helpful. Thank god she is thriving at her new location. Parents, please check on your babies.

  My daughter loved going to school, she excelled academically and most importantly I felt safe leaving her there. The door to door code entry really put my husband and I at ease, every staff member I encountered was so helpful and pleasant. My only regret is not getting her there sooner.

  This is my first ever experience with a daycare as a new mom and I must say the first two weeks have been great when it comes to the staff who cares for my daughter, however the logistics side of the facility needs some major work and improvement. The billing system is jacked up and I also pay out of pocket for my daughter’s tuition until childcare kicks in. My sister dropped my daughter off after 9:00 and was turned away because she was late. Being that it’s only the second week you would’ve thought they would’ve been courteous and just explained the rule and made a note for it to be passed along being that my daughter has multiple people who picks her up and drops her off. I also didn’t understand why she couldn’t be dropped off after 9am if childcare assistance isn’t currently being used and the tuition is being paid out of pocket by the parent. Side note: I would like to add a suggestion to the facility to make sure they have a signed copy of the rules in their file to ensure the parents understand because just stating that you told someone something once and expect them to remember it after that one time isn’t very considerate of the fact some parents have a lot going on and as a daycare, having order and structure by sitting with the parents and ensure they know how everything works would be great.

  My experience with KinderCare has always been nothing but the best. Both of my kids have attended Greenwell Springs location. I pull my daughter last year due to the pandemic. I’m so excited that I was able to get her back into KinderCare for the summer and she will be attending Pre-k program. My daughter is so excited to be back with her friends and teachers. We really missed our KinderCare family! I love all of the fun activities and how teachers and staff engage with the kids. I will recommend anyone who’s has kids 6weeks up to 4 years old to attend KinderCare on Greenwell Springs Road.
