Justa SaraviaJun 4, 2024I really really like the school it's so many reasons that I would continue to come back to the school even though my child has recently started attending this school my son started going to the school about a month ago before he attended the school he was very nonverbal I mean he's a very active child but nonverbal I have noticed within the past couple of weeks even though he's still unable to say sentences he is very verbal I also like the attention that they give to him in this school I like the fact that they keep you informed with what's going on with your child at all hours of the day and I in addition I like the fact that when I pick up my child at the end of the day he does not have a soiled diaper on they always make sure he has a fresh diaper on at the end of the day so I have nothing bad to say about the school
AgieJul 31, 2022My preschooler attended this childcare facility for about four months. He seemed to enjoy his time there for the most part and connected with a couple of instructors who were absolutely wonderful with him. I experienced a major issue with the lack of communication from the staff. I often felt that I was not informed and questions I had were disregarded. The only verbal communication that happened was when a payment was due and I am under the impression that money matters more than the children. When I decided to unenroll my child he only attended the facility one day within three weeks, but I was still charged full tuition for those last three weeks. I am more upset about three fact that no one reached out to check in or inquire about his absence for over a month after his last day there. As a parent I can't trust anyone to care for my child who doesn't seem to care or have any interest in his overall well being.
