  Extremely disappointed with how Kidz Corner, and its owner Kelli, handled a recent situation involving my son. I was initially told on the phone that she reviewed the footage of my son pushing another child and stepped on his glasses, breaking them. Naturally, I was very concerned and asked to review the camera footage. However, when I reviewed the camera footage, it showed a completely different story. My son was actually being bullied by two older children. He did not push anyone, and the glasses were stepped on accidentally because one of the older kids took his ear cushion off of his glasses. My son then took his glasses off to put it back on after he noticed it on the floor. The other older kid took off my son’s shoe and started to throw it back and fourth to the other kid (which then my son put his glasses down to retrieve his tossed shoe). The teacher was busy talking to another child and told the older kids to stop(mind you there were about 30 kids sitting on the floor of all age). It’s deeply TROUBLING that Kelli misrepresented the facts, especially when video evidence clearly showed otherwise. All she could say is “yeah you’re right he is being patronized” and pretended to act surprised with a soulless blank stare in her eyes. My son was lied on, bullied, and made to believe he was at fault for breaking his glasses by accident. I have never heard my son cry or react in the manner that he did, it was truly heartbreaking! Kelli did apologize to my son but it wasn’t enough. I pulled him out of daycare that same day because she isn’t to be trusted. This kind of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable—especially when it involves the well-being of children. As a parent, I can no longer trust Kidz Corner to provide a safe or honest environment. I urge other families to be cautious, ask questions, and review cameras versus going off of what anyone says. Enroll at your own child’s risk.

  If you need reliable childcare, please choose another center. These people are quick to shut down the center due to sicknesses that are avoidable with proper cleaning. They will gladly take your money but will not provide the services they promise. Courtney Sanchez, the owners daughter, lacks respect and competency on how to handle these type of situations.

  I love Mrs. Kelli and the staff! I was very nervous sending my daughter to daycare for the first time, but with the bright wheel app & being very responsive to questions it has made it so much easier! My daughter absolutely loves going every day! I highly recommend!
