My daughter wouldn’t talk when she first started at kidz karousel. As a parent I stayed consistent, and made sure to bring her to daycare everyday. Now at age 3 she knows how to say the full alphabet, and will be reading at a school age level sooner than later! Thank you to Ms. Claudine my girl loves you! 💚
Marisa SchafferOct 24, 2025I absolutely love Toddler 3 at Kidz Karousel Woman's! My brother has had such an amazing experience in this class. The teachers are so patient, caring, and consistent with their routines — you can tell they truly love what they do. Mrs. Brandy, the director, is such a blessing. She always makes time for every child and family, and her leadership shows through the kindness and professionalism of her staff. She truly cares about the well-being and growth of every child who walks through those doors. The Toddler 3 teachers have created a fun, loving, and structured environment where my brother feels safe and happy every single day. He’s learned so much, from building his social skills to becoming more independent, and I can see his confidence growing. Kidz Karousel, especially the Toddler 3 team, has been such a gift to our family. We are so thankful for Ms. Brandy and all the amazing teachers who make this place feel like home.
Taelor WhitfieldOct 22, 2025I would like to sincerely thank Kidz Karousel for being so amazing. They have structure, routine, and so much love — this place is truly God-sent. My child’s transformation began around 18 months old. At his previous facility, he would cry, scream, and claw during drop-off. When we came to Kidz Karousel, Ms. Tia was so patient and nurturing during his transition. He absolutely loves her. As he moved from the infant room to the toddler class, Ms. V continued to show the same loving care and dedication to his growth. Now, as a Pre-K 4 student in Ms. Diane’s class, he is truly flourishing. The curriculum is top-notch, and every day he learns something new and exciting. When the director, Ms. Brandy, noticed subtle signs that my son might need speech therapy for blending certain sounds, she took immediate action to have him evaluated. Thanks to her attentiveness, his speech has improved tremendously. As parents, we don’t always notice those small details because our children are always in our presence — I’m so grateful for the caring eyes and hearts of the Kidz Karousel team. Every teacher knows each child by name, greets them with love, and maintains open communication with parents through calls and emails. They make every transition — from one age group to the next — smooth and supportive. Kidz Karousel at Woman’s is truly a home away from home. I couldn’t be more thankful for the love, structure, and care they provide every single day.
Jackie AdamsOct 15, 2025We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kidz Karousel Womans. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and confident that our child was in a safe and nurturing environment.
angelique rogersOct 15, 2025There are much better options than Kidz Karousel in Baton Rouge. This place is a recipe for disaster, mainly because of poor management and lack of support for teachers. If management and ownership evades the paying parents, I can only imagine what little support their employees get. Management was unresponsive- would regularly avoid my emails and placated me in person without delivering on promises. The director promised me a plan to address overly physical behavior by certain kids in the class the next Monday and I finally gave up after weeks and several messages went unanswered. After, I had an hour + call with the owner of Kidz Karousel who made certain promises about changes to the classroom layout and schedule after my child came home repeatedly injured by other kids. Every time my husband and I pulled up the cameras, we saw kids being overly physical. On that call with the owner, she admitted that she was seeing the same things and that’s why she told me then and there that changes would be made immediately. Two months later those changes never got made. Staff repeatedly explained that my daughter was small and more susceptible to kids being more physical. Ridiculous and shameful, but I could tell her teacher was doing her best. For a while I felt like this physical behavior was par for the course based on what the management at KK was telling me for that age group but the final straw happened and I was able to get off the waitlist at another school by being quite persistent. I asked for my daughter’s file upon leaving KK and was told they couldn’t find it. The director promised to email it to me. After ~5 emails and asking in person, I reached out to the owner of Kidz Karousel who told me she would personally ensure I got it. Never happened. I’m sure it doesn’t exist. My child is now in a school with structure and an actual curriculum. Her vocabulary has developed tremendously in a short time. She has been hitting other developmental milestones at a fast pace. She’s been at her new school for two months and hasn’t had a single injury or bite, and my child came home weekly - at least - with a bruise or scratch from another kid at Kidz Karousel. Please avoid this place. I spent too long giving them second, third, etc. chances and I still feel guilty for that.
Catherine VOct 11, 2025Caught that teacher threatening to hit a child and when I brought it to the directors attention they kicked us out the daycare. Absolutely do not bring your children here!!
