  My little one absolutely love it here. They have extraordinary staff here. They're well trained and always have plenty activities and events for the kids to attend. They treat my son like they're own. I love how everyone work as a team here at Lil Hearts and Hands. This is the best day care in Rapides parish.

  I’ve been a loyal customer with Little Hearts and Hands now for almost 2 years. Up until now I believed that this was a good, trustworthy daycare. I’d like to say that these ladies were like family. Here recently, they’ve moved to a new system (bright wheel) to better enforce their policies and to keep track of payments etc. Prior to this, my husband and I have mostly paid cash for our children every week and if not cash, then checks for their tuition without ever receiving receipts. This daycare is super strict about children not being able to return if payments aren’t made. We understand this as business owners ourselves so we were always compliant in our making of payments. Whenever we activated the app we noticed an outstanding balance of over $600! We initially thought this was surely a mistake. After meeting with the director, talking to the new system owner, and a church personnel we were told that we missed payments in August, September, November. I’m appalled. At this point I’m explaining our payment methods etc. How have we missed payments and were still allowed to bring our kids?? Why were our funds ALWAYS accepted without any feedback or resistance?? Mostly, I am upset and disappointed at the conclusion to this matter and how it was ended. This new system started Jan. 1. And at this point we’re told if we don’t pay this balance, that our child cannot return regardless of our notably good reputation. You are: Unprofessional. Very unreasonable in your handling of good, paying Christian people. There was no grace, kindness, nor understanding in this situation. Disappointed in an UNDERSTATEMENT
