  Do NOT bring your children here! Our family fully regrets not filing a lawsuit against this daycare. When our daughter was about 3 years old (she is 7 now) she tripped and fell a few steps down the staircase, she busted her lip and chin, she now has been living with a scar underneath her lip because of this tragic accident that occurred UNDER THEIR CARE. She then had a a skin rash because of the injury. Even after the fact that this was their fault, they would call us to come pick her up because she couldn't be coming to the daycare with this rash. To begin with, they never took/accepted responsibility for their actions. They called to let us know what happened, and fully pointed fingers at our little one stating it was her fault that she slipped! (She didn't always have the best behavior) however, we didn't fully ever believe it could've been an accident. We believe they were frustrated with our daughter overall (both the owner and the ladies she has working for her) & chose not to watch over her. This is by far the worse experience we've had with a daycare. Save yourself a headache and protect your little ones from people like these.

  My daughter was enrolled when she was about 6 months. One morning when I dropped her off about 4 or 5 months into it, I had to put her down on the mat after waiting and the teachers did not approach me. The teacher then bypassed the baby sitting on the mat and did not greet her. I sent a message to the admin. I later got a call that said “I reviewed the video and saw nothing wrong, what are you complaining about?” I’m complaining about how you have not trained your team to greet the children and parents in the morning.

  My kid attended many years ago and from there entered to a magnet academy, the basic learning is very good. And now my newborn baby is there, I do recommend it to all people who are looking for a clean place, many of friends and people that I have referred are happy with the place, with nice space for the kids and good service. The admin team has always been helpful and they haven't change, they also open another location. I know them for almost 10 years now and they keep great standards. Yes, people come and go, but in the end the quality is te same. I love it! And I do recommend it no doubt.

  From the first day that my son entered Prime Step of Kenner, I could feel the rejection towards my son and I did my without them even knowing that my son could have some type of condition. The teacher never even introduced herself with a "good morning." I had to ask who his teacher was. I even once saw how she push him when I comes in to pick him up and they never did anything about it and I continued to trust them. I understand that it is not a school for autistic children, but I never felt good treatment towards him. Not to mention that when they called me to get him out without knowing the exact diagnosis, they had no intention of returning the payment I made in advance, which as far as I am concerned, they should have given it to me without me having to claim for it. For me, it is not a good option.

  Amazing, clean, fun, great teachers and coordinators. My son has learned a lot and they promote great values. The place is really nice, the teachers take their time decorating beautifully for every season of the year and the meals for the kids are balanced, no junk food. I wish my son could stay there forever.
