  Stepping stones children's learning academy is a good environment . My kids been going there since they were babies . The teachers they have really takes they time out and teaches your kids from education , being respectful and responsible . It's a very clean environment .

  Extremely poor communication with parents about policies, and the needs of the child (diapers, clothes,etc.). The turn around rate for workers there, is horrible. I honestly believe they are short staffed. The owner has her minor son working there, to help out. The paperwork is outdated, my child started attended from June 2022-February 2023, in that time frame she caught RSV (was hospitalized for a week), the flu, had MULTIPLE diaper rashes, & of course her nose was ALWAYS running! I’ve recently pulled her, and sent her to another center, she has not coughed once since she’s been gone. I also was not informed that the flu nor RSV was going around the daycare until AFTER my daughter & everyone in my home recovered from it. When she tested positive for the flu I called and informed them, not a text message went out to the other parents to inform them that their child was around someone with the flu or RSV. Stepping stones 0/10 - would not recommend.
