My child was previously attending Bright Future Academy and it was not a good experience. The staff was not friendly at all. We switched to the Learning Ladder and I couldn’t be happier. My foster daughter loves The Learning Ladder and the staff is much more friendly and accommodating.
Julia CopeJan 9, 2024The teacher our child had was great. But they need a serious overhaul on organization. Drop off and pick up are a complete mess. Things were constantly being overlooked or forgotten about and when I would mention it an excuse would just be made but nothing would change. Several times our child was sent home with another child’s things. Babies with bottles in cribs, or propped with a blanket.
