A Bright Beginning

My children have attended A Bright Beginning for the past 5 years, and it's been a great experience. They genuinely love the teachers there and I know how much the staff cares about my kids, and that they're in good hands. The director has been helpful in addressing any concerns swiftly, which are bound to arise from time to time. I so appreciate everything ABB for providing a safe and nurturing environment for my children.

ABB is an incredible place! Both of my children have attended, and the quality of care has been fantastic. The staff genuinely care about each child and have truly become like extended family to us. ABB has been our village, and our children are thriving because of it. Every teacher my kids have had, from the infant room all the way through Pre-K, has been caring, nurturing, and engaging. My son is about to enter kindergarten, and ABB has done an amazing job preparing him for this next chapter, just as they did with my daughter before him. The director truly cares about the children and goes above and beyond to make sure each child feels comfortable, supported, and able to thrive. She is also incredibly supportive of the parents throughout the process. We are so grateful for our experience at ABB and highly recommend it to any family looking for a place where their children will be genuinely loved, cared for, and supported!

I would strongly recommend avoiding this daycare. While it appears that many staff members have close relationships with one another, it seems they have lost sight of the fact that this is a professional workplace where children’s safety, care, and well-being should always be the priority. The environment does not appear to uphold the standards parents should expect from a childcare facility. I observed ongoing issues, including unprofessional conversations among staff, inappropriate behavior around children, and concerns regarding supervision and communication. For parents seeking reliable childcare, I would strongly encourage exploring other options, including private nanny care, as I do not feel comfortable recommending this facility. I also have concerns regarding repeated incidents of children being bitten and situations where parents may not always be fully informed. My child attended this facility, but I made the decision to remove her immediately after witnessing these concerns. Every child deserves a safe, professional, and nurturing environment.
