  • This place has gone so severely down hill. Before it got bought out by Cadence Academy it was a great place where I really felt like my child was loved and cared for. I’ve noticed staff be visibly unhappy over the last year. It seems as if they have a lot more work and stress on their plate. Within the last few weeks the director, Tara, who was these for years and made the place shine has left. Many other teachers it seems have also left. I know they left due to *Cadence Academy* and all of their ridiculous requirements. Cadence thinks they are running a college. They treat their teachers poorly (I’ve been told by many of their staff members). They want to make all of the teachers adhere to ridiculous necessary changes that were not required prior to their ownership. The school was left with minimal teachers for the ratio of children in the school. I’ve been asked to keep my kid home due to understaffing. What’s the point of daycare if you can’t even keep it staffed properly??? Best friends under previous ownership was always overwhelming with teachers and staff. It’s unfortunate to watch my child lose all their favorite teachers due to a corporate takeover!!!! The big wigs at corporate don’t care about the actual children or families of their schools and wouldn’t know a family if they passed by them in the grocery store. It’s sad and pathetic what has been done to this school. This place has gone downhill soooo fast and Miss Tara and other staff like Leila, Arianna, Sarah are all missed.

  • We love best friends. The teachers are great, the director, Tara is fabulous. She really cares about the kids and my son loves her. My son loves school and we love all the arts and crafts he brings home at the end of the month. We appreciate the curriculum that is sent out monthly so we know what he is working on in school. We visited 2 other schools before choosing best friends and we are very happy with our choice.

  • We have had such a wonderful experience with this daycare over the past five years. My daughter started here at just 3 months old and is now 5, and they have been an important part of her growth every step of the way. The staff is caring, patient, and truly treats the children like family. She has learned so much, built great friendships, and always feels happy and safe there. We are so grateful for the love and support they have given our family.

  • My kids have attended Best Friends Preschool full-time for 4 years now and we’ve experienced all the groups from infancy through school-age. They’ve all been great. The facility is thoughtfully designed, furnished, and stocked to cater to the kids’ and program’s needs. The teachers are warm and engaging, providing a perfect balance of play and structure. They create a safe, welcoming environment and deliver age-appropriate instruction that supports social/emotional/behavioral development and academic school readiness. The director Miss Tara sets the tone with her attentiveness and enthusiasm. She does an amazing job of getting to know each kid and family throughout the school. Her capacity to care deeply for every child in the program is astounding. I take it as a compliment when my preschooler accidentally calls me “Miss Leila” at home. She is so nice and admirably calm. My second grader says she’s the coolest and wants to be just like Miss Leila when she grows up.

  • Best Friends Preschool is the best daycare I know of. My daughter has been going there since 4 months old and is now 4 and a half. We had less than a year that I tried two other daycares due to a move and all my daughter wanted was to go back to "Miss Tara's school" the entire time. So I brought her back even though it's very out of my way but it's completely worth it. Tara, the director is the kindest person I've ever met and truly cares for each child at her program. My daughter absolutely adores her. The other two daycares I couldn't even keep up with the turn over and remember names, but at Best Friends, I know my daughter's teachers. Her old teachers Ari, and Leila have been there since my daughter was an infant and are amazing. DeAnna, Sarah L, Matt, Sarah R and all the others are absolutely great. If I could keep my daughter there another year after this summer I would!

  • My daughter has been attending bestfriends since she was 3 years old. Bestfriends has been so amazing to my daughter and caring. They have always been so mindful of her accommodations, and genuinely care for her well being. She has built long lasting relationships with the teachers. Although she is now in kindergarten, I can always count on bestfriends to be there when my daughter is on school vacation, always fun learning projects and attentive teachers. Tara and the staff have been wonderful and have played a huge role in my daughters social/behavioral development.
