Bigelow Cooperative Day Care Center

We currently have a child in the youngest classroom and are planning on staying for next year, fall 2026. We have been so impressed with the teacher quality and have enjoyed the community of Bigelow. The co-op aspect seemed potentially challenging when we first started but we have found that we highly value being involved in the management of the school through the committees and have found the classroom time is the favorite part of our month!

We are so happy with our decision to send our infant to Bigelow! The teachers and staff have made the transition seamless, and we feel the love, care, and attention they give every day. The activities are age appropriate and push our daughter to grow and develop. The facilities are spacious and updated, and include their own outdoor space, all of which we found hard to find at other centers in the area. It’s hard for us to imagine attending any other daycare!

We love Bigelow so, so much. Every single teacher is loving, attentive, professional, and kind. We had the most amazing experience in the baby and toddler rooms before we moved, but we would have stayed there as long as we could!! The transition to daycare was scary, but Bigelow made us feel so supported, and I know our child was so unbelievably loved there. There is a wonderful community feel, and the space is bright and clean. Bigelow has a dedicated playground unlike many other spaces in the area as well as a huge, bright, indoor motor room. Our child learned and grew so much during their time at Bigelow, and teachers planned thoughtful and creative activities every day. I can't say enough great things!

Our son transitioned to Bigelow this past year, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The outdoor space and building immediately stood out to us — having a large private playground and a unique indoor environment makes a real difference day to day. While the co-op model was new to us, we’ve come to really value it. There are opportunities to spend time in the classroom and be part of the community, which can give you a deeper connection to your child’s experience than a typical daycare. We’re really grateful to have found Bigelow and would highly recommend it to other families.

We absolutely love Bigelow! The teachers and staff are amazing and create such a genuine, loving, and fun environment. Every morning they have interesting new activities set up, which makes drop-off a total breeze. It's rare to find a spot in this area with its own dedicated outdoor space and Bigelow's is fantastic. I also appreciate the day and hours options. Most importantly our kid is so happy and thriving here.
