Bright Horizons at Berkeley

I have only wonderful things to say about BH Back Bay. Our daughter started in the infant room at 1 year and is now in the toddler room. She absolutely loves going to school—she basically runs inside every morning and it’s all she wants to talk about when she gets home. As a working parent nothing is better than knowing that my daughter spends the day somewhere that she loves. She is progressing beautifully—I’m always amazed by all of the things she picked up at school. Her teachers have all been amazing—kind, engaging, and invested in my daughter’s wellbeing. They seem to have boundless energy, jam packing every day with fun projects and activities. Staff is awesome and communicative; have handled COVID precautions extremely well. We are forever grateful to BH Back Bay for taking such wonderful care of our daughter!!!

Our son has been at Bright Horizons Back Bay through their Toddler room and now Preschool. Not only does he love his teachers and friends but he’s learning so much and comes home with the best stories every day. We have been so happy with the quality of the center, their responsiveness, and ultimately their care for our special boy!

We Love and appreciate Bright Horizons at Back Bay. The staff members from Toddler 1 to Pre- K are incredible people. Our Toddler had wonderful experience with the educational program and playing with other kids. The administration team is friendly and caring. It is easy to ask questions and receive valuable feedback regarding our toddler's growth and learning development. The facility is so clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend any new parent or guardian to enroll with Bright Horizons at Back Bay.

My whole family's happy place! We love Bright Horizons Back Bay so much. Between our two kids and multiple moves, we've attended seven daycares, and this one is the best by far. The administration sets a calm, efficient, and loving vibe. No matter how frazzled and late we are when we arrive, we instantly feel the zen but fun vibe of the place and calm down. All the teachers are so cheerful and kind, too. It's a truly amazing feeling to know in your heart that your kid feels really loved all day. Our youngest has been there since she was 12 weeks old and she loves her teachers so much. When she sees her favorite teacher through the window of the classroom, she literally giggles with joy and stretches her arms out to her. The My Bright Day app is great--they post tons of pictures and I get updates all day. I never feel disconencted from my baby, and I get to see all the fun and educational activities she does all day! When we first got there, she didn't take a bottle. The whole staff spent so much time and energy getting her to take one, and she finally did. I think any other group would have just given up and asked me to come in to nurse (I work very close), but they all were so determined to support our wishes and help our baby long-term, and it worked out beautifully. I'm so grateful for that. It truly is a magical place!

We really love this daycare. Our daughter has been there a couple months now in an infant classroom and she is so happy. The teachers are caring, supportive, and help encourage learning. The administration runs a friendly, clean, super organized, communicative, engaging daycare. We love getting photos and updates on how the day is going (it makes returning to work easier!!). They always are available for phone calls or schedule changes, etc. - they are so flexible and our daughter really loves it there. Couldn't be happier anywhere else!
