  • We had a difficult experience with a previous daycare, so starting somewhere new came with a lot of hesitation and worry. From the very beginning, this center was a complete night-and-day difference. They were able to get us in quickly, and everything since then has been exceptional. Our daughter had a very hard time napping, and the teachers showed incredible patience and care, working with her consistently until she was able to nap for over an hour each day. Beyond that, she comes home having learned new signs, new skills, and most importantly, she is genuinely happy at pickup every single day. Before enrolling her here, I carried a lot of guilt and anxiety about daycare in general, fueled by so much of what you see online. Now, that feeling has completely flipped; I actually feel more guilt on the days she doesn’t go. Knowing she is so well cared for, supported, and happy has made all the difference for our family. We are incredibly grateful for this team and could not recommend them more highly.

  • Our family has been with BH-Newton for a little over a year and we would not have wanted it any other way. She has thrived there, in part because the teachers and directors are such nurturing and thoughtful people. The teachers have been incredibly helpful, guiding us through transitions like eating solids and going from 2 naps to 1. There is fantastic communication between the center and the families… Having such a great daycare also means that I can completely focus on my work during the day without worrying about if my daughter is okay.

  • We love BH Newton! We’ve had two children attend and have had a great experience in the infant room, toddler rooms, and preschool! The teachers are wonderful and our kids love going there. Highly recommend!

  • We’ve had our three year old at Bright Horizons for the past year and a half and he absolutely loves it. Great teachers, facility, and activities.

  • Our experience at Bright Horizons at Newton has been great and it has only gotten better with time. Like most parents, we were initially skeptical and read many reviews before deciding. All of our concerns were quickly put to ease. Michelle, the director, is exceptional. She truly listens, pays close attention to parent concerns, and makes sure both kids and parents feel comfortable and supported. The teachers are wonderful as well. They are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. What we really appreciate is the open communication. If something comes up or you need to talk, the staff is always willing to listen and follow through. We feel very confident leaving our child here and would highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a caring and reliable place for their child.

  • We are so thankful to have been a part of the BH family for the last 4.5 years. We are grateful for the care and concern they have for our kids, for the safe and clean environment that they provide, and for the focus, creativity and consistency of their curriculum. Having a center that communicates so openly, consistently, and values family feedback, is especially important. Their teachers, and management, are true partners in our children's development and fill us with confidence in our decision to place our kids in their care.
