  • Great experience. Everything is well run, the staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly caring. The application keeps parents up-to-date and informed.

  • I DO NOT trust this place with my kids... and neither should you. Management treats their employees unfairly and discriminates against whoever they choose. They do not know how to properly mange their staff to the point where some of the employees may act inappropriately towards the children. I was debating on sending my kid here since I'm new to the area but after I picked up my cousin from this day care they told me that their teacher David told everyone to call him Dad... I was deeply disturbed after this and will let my family know to take their child out of there immediately

  • I use Bright Horizons at University Park for back-up care (employer provided) and drop-in care (I pay out of pocket). I love the place, the people, and how happy my son is here. Miss Olivia is an amazing teacher, and it was very easy for my son to warm up to her. Will keep bringing my son here for as long as they will have me!

  • We have had my son at Bright Horizons since he was 8 months old, and he is now 2 years old. We started with BH in the peak of the pandemic, prior to vaccines — we were desperate for childcare at that point, so we took the jump after getting several other options. We could not be happier with our experience here. COVID protocols have been very helpful throughout, and the cases at the center have been very minimal. The teachers are all so caring and loving, and our son loves all of them. There has been some turnover of teachers during our time, but also some consistency. The curriculum is a great one and our son absolutely loves his time there — runs in each morning and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. It’s pricey, but would highly recommend!
