  • We just used drop off/backup care here and it was great! They made my son (5.5yo) feel welcome instantly. We were worried that he wouldn't make friends since he was only there for a day or two but he did. Constant photos and great communication.

  • The staff and teachers are fantastic. My son is in toddler then pre-school. He loves to go to school every morning and gets so excited for all the fun activities like “show and talk” and things to learn. He has grown physically and mentally; has great friends. I credit that to BH Landmark. BH landmark is definitely the best daycare in Boston and I would give more stars if I could.

  • The team/staff at BH Landmark are amazing and truly care. I never worry or feel guilty about dropping my daughter off in the morning and at pick up time.... she never wants to leave! She is always learning new things and has really come out of her shell at BH Landmark.

  • Bright Horizon's at Landmark did an outstanding job during the COVID crisis. Both of our kiddos (including our 3 month old newborn) attended the center due to closures at our "home center" in Newton. We were so impressed with the warmness of the staff, the attention to detail with hand hygiene and masking, and organization of Winnie and staff that we ultimately transferred the care of our two kiddos to Landmark after the stay at home order was lifted. Despite it being a very difficult time, our kids were excited to go to school each day and have fallen in love with the Landmark team. Thank you for being a safe and supportive port during the COVID storm.

  • My son has received superb care at BH Landmark. While I cared for patients with COVID during the surge as an essential employee, the teachers were equally essential. The teachers and staff take social distancing measures very seriously and have really sought to give the kids a sense of normalcy. Initially, this included demonstrating to my then-infant son that the same teacher that he knew and loved was behind her mask and continuing to give lots of hugs. The teachers also post lots of photos in the app each day. Now as a toddler, my son is always doing the actions of songs that he learned in class or ASL words that he learned. Finally, Winnie, Amie, and Marleen are very transparent with health updates and answering questions. High quality childcare like BH is not cheap but has been well worth the money.

  • Our daughter started at Bright Horizons Landmark at only 6 weeks old and sees daycare as her second home. She is always so excited for dropoff and we enjoy seeing her updates throughout the day via the My Bright Day app - we check the app between work meetings eagerly awaiting photo updates. With the start of the COVID surge this spring, we had some concerns about bringing her back to daycare after the reopening. BH at Landmark was very communicative about the safety measures they were taking and their commitment to being completely transparent about any and all symptoms of all enrolled children, their families, and the staff was very reassuring. They've also updated their health policy a few times since the reopening based on feedback and updated guidelines from health officials. We are so grateful for the teachers and administrators at Bright Horizons at Landmark and would recommend them to all families seeking childcare.
