  • Do you like being completely ignored when you walk into a building from both Sarah and the rest of the admin and teachers? Then welcome to Bright Horizons at Natick. The place is new but the staff and environment is old. They are completely rude! It’s like walking inside high school again. Teachers yelling at kids, teachers standing at the fences talking and saying swears out in the open. Phones out as clear as day. If you love this treatment then come here!

  • Our experience at Bright Horizons at Natick was truly exceptional. The entire staff and administrative team and especially my daughter’s phenomenal Kindergarten Prep educators made a tremendous impact not only on her education, but on the entire classroom community. The warm, welcoming environment, the smiling faces each morning, and the well-thought-out curriculum created a place where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn. What stood out most was the dedication and thoughtful, individualized support given to every child. The time, care, and encouragement they poured into my daughter’s growth will stay with me forever. She entered kindergarten confident, prepared, and ready for her next journey—and for that, I will always be grateful. Thank you, Bright Horizons Natick, for giving her such a strong and wonderful start.

  • We have been so happy with the care at Bright Horizons Natick! The teachers are wonderful and our child has learned so much in the toddler program. It has given us such peace of mind to know our child is thriving and cared-for so well. We are grateful for all of the staff at this very well run center!

  • i can’t stress enough how important management is for a child care facility to run smoothly, and well they are just all over the place, unprofessional, and rude. i came in for a tour of the center and immediately was shocked as the director asked why i was here in a rude manner, i could tell they were visibly upset they had to show me around and made it known that they weren’t being thorough and trying to make it quick as possible. they didn’t have any knowledge of the basic questions i was asking or maybe just didn’t care enough to answer. and when i brought up i had a voucher they told me i had wasted their time and asked me to leave. do not recommended for any family as clearly they are financially motivated and less focused on childhood development

  • Bright Horizons has been great for my child’s development so far! Talented and caring teaching staff. They are never rushed with kids and give them love and time to adjust to the curriculum. Loads of great learning experiences for kids.

  • We send our two daughters (ages 2 & 4) to Bright Horizons at Natick. The staff and teachers are amazing. They give our girls lots of individual attention and send us personalized notes on how they're doing throughout the day. Most importantly the kids are so happy there that I don't think I've ever brought home a cranky child because they had a bad day. I couldn't recommend them more highly, especially during the current health crisis. They have strict protocols to keep everyone safe but also have a human approach so it doesn't feel like dropping your child off at a hospital. They've been life savers to us during this tough time!
