  • We went on a lot of tours before deciding on Bright Start. Some of these Google reviews made me weary so we went on a few visits and saw none of what the negative reviews mentioned. They were patient as we navigated having our first child during COVID and were flexible about a start date. You get the bigger facility with all the amenities of a corporate chain without the price tag and formalities. We are sending our second child there in 2022 after my maternity leave, I wouldn’t want him going anywhere else. Our daughter’s social skills and speech have improved drastically in the 6 months she has been there. The first few weeks were rough, but now she pushes me out the door and cries when we pick her up because she loves it so much. Can’t say enough good things and recommend it to anyone that asks.

  • My daughter has been going for about 2 months now and so glad I choose Bright Start. The teachers are great!! My daughter loves going to school. Her speech has improved greatly and her interactions with other children have as well. I recommend this day care all the time!!!

  • We had a very poor experience here. I will say it was a few years ago, but as I understand it the "management team" is still in place, and that was fundamentally the issue. When the teacher is also the owner, there's no one to elevate problems to. And the way children are treated here, at least in certain classrooms, IS a problem. The lead teacher in my daughter's class was often impatient with and belittling towards the children, and sometimes just plain nasty. It took a long time to undo the damage they did in just 4 months. I know it's hard to find good childcare, but please, keep looking. The facility is very nice, but it's such a toxic environment.

  • Our child had a wonderful experience at Bright Start. The teachers are very caring and always made our child feel like a part of their family. We visited many, many child care facilities and none measured up to Bright Start. We would not leave our child with anyone else.

  • We’ve been part of the Bright Start community for almost 6 years. Both of my children started when they were just 3 months old in the infant room. One graduated from Jr K in the Spring and was well prepared both academically and socially for Kindergarten. He had an excellent experience at the center and would tell you so if he was asked. My younger child is still in Preschool there continuing to thrive, develop and surprise us with what he’s learned at school. The curriculum is well thought out and the activities are creative and fun for the kids. Most importantly though...smiles, hugs and words of encouragement are always available. This attribute makes it a pleasant experience for both the children and parents, especially on those tough Monday mornings! With the three owners of the center being family, there is a sense of comfort that goes along with sending my children there each day. The care and concern for all the kids is truly sincere and reassuring for the parents leaving their child while heading off to work. If necessary, I’ve felt I can engage in an open and honest dialogue if I have an concerns or questions regarding my children, the staff or the center in general. I would (and have) recommended Bright Start to family and friends.

  • I looked at many daycare centers before visiting Bright Start. I found the others to either be dark, dirty, or felt that anyone could just walk into the center. After visiting Bright Start once, I knew that I wanted to send my daughter there. I was so comfortable with the staff and the center that I had no problem bringing my son who at the time was only 3 months. They have done a great job with my children and my kids absolutely adore the teachers. Since most of the staff has been there many years they have seen my children grow and know all about them. I have never once felt that my children were in any harm and I am surprised that someone would say that their child was abused there.
