  • My son Ryder has been attending COA since January and I could not be more happy!!!! He is thriving in his infant classroom! Miss Weslande and Miss Marie make me feel so comfortable dropping him off every morning! Everytime we enter the classroom Ryder gives both his teachers big smiles and is excited to see them! His teachers always send me pictures and updates of him through the schools kaymbu app and I can see him through their always close by app as well which gives me such a piece of mind! We love COA and all of the staff as well!!!! ❤️

  • I feel so fortunate to have found this school. Ms Kyla Araujo and Ms Deshunna Frazier are incredibly warm and dedicated, creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment. my child has thrived under her care, building confidence, independence, and social skills. She is a truly gifted educator! my child is fully talk and potty trained . I also love the fact that you always let me knows about the classroom activities. You treat my son as he was your own, with love, warmth, and respect. Thank you so much Ms Kyla and Ms Deshunna. God Bless you .

  • In September 2025, my child was placed in a childcare program that advertised and confirmed it would provide transportation services. At the time of enrollment, I was informed that the transportation van would not be available until October 2025. I agreed to this delay and waited patiently, expecting transportation to begin as promised. In October 2025, I contacted Brandy, a representative of the program, to follow up on the status of transportation. I was informed that the van was still not available. Due to my employment schedule, transportation was a critical factor in my child’s enrollment. I explained that I might need to remove my child from the program and seek alternative childcare that could accommodate my work obligations. In response, I was told that if I removed my child, I would completely lose my childcare voucher. Fearful of losing my voucher, I kept my daughter enrolled in the program. I was reassured by Brandy that transportation would be available soon. For a period of time, I personally dropped off and picked up my child; however, this became increasingly difficult and unsustainable due to my work schedule. Over a four-month period, my daughter attended only one full week of care. I continued to inquire about transportation and was told that the program was looking for a licensed driver and that transportation would be set up shortly. As of December 2025, I was informed that the van would not be available until January. When I reached out again to confirm transportation details, I was met with threats and informed that transportation would not, in fact, be available. At this point, I became extremely concerned about the program’s practices. I am formally requesting an investigation into this childcare program. I have paid a total of $940 for my child’s placement during a period in which she was largely unable to attend due to the program’s failure to provide promised transportation. I am also concerned that my child may have been marked as present despite not attending, as I continued to be charged. I made these payments only because I was repeatedly told that failure to pay would result in my child losing her placement and voucher. Also because the director told me these things verbally she is being dishonest and lying like none of these conversations happened and implying I’m poor and I’m just upset I can’t afford my co pay how discriminatory ! I respectfully request a review of the program’s transportation representations, attendance records, billing practices, and the communications made to me regarding voucher eligibility and threats of loss of placement.

  • I am a new family with Children of America in Norwood. Miss Deshunna and Miss Kyla have been an incredible support during this transition. My son doesn’t speak English well but the teachers have gone above and beyond to learn certain words to help communicate with my son. I am so grateful for my experience with COA Norwood!
