Best little Montessori in the North Shore. The director really loves his work and it shows.

My son has been attending the CMC since he was 2.5 yrs old. The new owner, Seth, is extremely flexible to accomodate any parent need. He is involved and pays close attention to each child's needs. The teachers have been so great as well. Due to the teachers' expertise, they noticed my child's speech delay and recommended me to get my son checked out by an ENT doctor and provided me guidance how to get speech therapy through my town. Turns out my son needed his adenoids removed and is now thriving. Thank you CMC for everything!!!

My daughter has been a student at CMC since she was 2.5 and we could not be happier with the program over the past two years. The staff have provided the means for our daughter to develop problem solving, social-emotional skills, life skills, independence, and academic success all through a respectful, play based approach. She LOVES going to school every day and we couldn’t feel more comfortable with her being there. The owner and teachers are warm, encouraging and extremely talented in what they do. We feel that CMC is setting a great foundation for our daughter to be confident, kind, and successful in her future. I highly recommend this school and love the respectful environment they provide for each and every kid/ family.

We love Children's Montessori Center! My son started in the toddler room and is now in the preschool room. I am so impressed with the quality of the teachers. Alison is absolutely amazing and has so much patience with the kids. I think she's the reason my son potty trained so quickly. They encourage independence and use positive reinforcement. My son loves going to school and even thinks of his teachers as his friends. Seth, the owner, is very personable, easy to talk to, and gives us consistent updates of everything going on in the classroom. I never have to stress about my child while he's in care at CMC. I know that not only is he being well taken care of, but he's also getting a quality education. (At 3.5 he's even starting to read a few words!) Cannot recommend enough!

My child has been enrolled in the Children's Montessori Center since he was 20 months old. He's now 5 and in his final year of the program and I can't say enough about the level of education provided during his time here. The head teachers have both been there 25+ years and they truly treat your children as one of their own. The curriculum encourages children to explore various areas of the classroom from practical life, to math, language, and also expand their knowledge of various cultures around the world. Reading, writing, creative art projects, and outdoor exploration is another facet of their daily routine. We are thankful for the solid foundation provided and are confident that our child received the best education to prepare him for 1st grade!
