Cobblestone Corner Academy

We absolutely love Cobblestone Corner. My daughter would rather be there than at home! She's one of the younger kids and is learning her letters and life skills right along with the preschoolers. They provide all meals and snacks, have a pack n play for every child's nap, and have been wonderful at working with our daughter on potty training. Daily, personalized updates let us know about her day and see pictures.

From the moment we met Michelle and toured Cobblestone, we knew it was the right place for our daughter. Three years later, both of our children are thriving and enjoying every minute. Michelle and her team treat the children as family and it’s clear they’re deeply invested in their development – physical, cognitive and social emotional. Lesson plans not only center on school readiness, but teach the kids independence and empathy – with plenty of time built in for imaginative play. They take local excursions and invite special visitors in depending on the current lesson theme. Michelle has a dedicated indoor space with age-appropriate activities, as well as a beautiful fenced in yard where the children enjoy plenty of outdoor play. I often arrive at school for pick up to see my daughter happily playing with her friends asking for “five more minutes!” Parents receive ongoing, individualized feedback on their child’s development as well as daily reports (with photos!) that always give us a glimpse into the day. We think of “Mimi” as a member of our family and feel incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful partner in helping us raise our children to be confident and kind!

Our daughter could not be happier at Cobblestone. I knew going in that Michelle and her wonderful staff were warm and welcoming and provided a beautiful and rich physical space for learning indoors and out. What I didn't realize was that Michelle would be so thoughtful about providing each child with the individualized learning experience they need. Our daughter is learning so much in terms of social skills but also school readiness and independence. We think of Michelle as a partner in raising our daughter to be a confident, thoughtful, and kind and we could not be more appreciative of her care. We highly recommend Cobblestone!

Our son has been here for over a year now and loves going to school! It's obvious Michelle and her staff genuinely enjoy being with the children and having fun. There is always a warm greeting, plenty of fun activities, appropriate rest and free time, and great learning that happens every day. The daycare is beautiful and clean and has been newly renovated - it has everything from the appropriate handrails to kid size sink and toilet! Theres a great outdoor play area too. Michelle, or "Mimi" as the kids affectionately call her, is very professional and has a huge heart...best daycare ever!

Our son attended Cobblestone for 2 years prior to kindergarten. He absolutely loved going. Michelle always had interesting activities to make learning fun and our son really developed a wonderful sense of empathy by being around kids of different ages and abilities. She has designed a beautiful dedicated basement pre-school area and recently renovated outdoor space which are perfect for the kids. There were walking excursions in good weather and sometimes special visitors based on the current lesson theme. The food was always well balanced and we still use some of her tricks to get our son to try something new. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
