  • Just got some nutritious clean food. I love their food program, given the unemployment and meeting my own financial needs this helps me to stay well fed while I focus on other important needs. I am deeply thankfull to the voluanteers, donators, contributors and sponsors for filling my plate today. If you are first time you need to carry an ID and a shopping bag. Varieties of vegetables, fruits, snacks, deli, grains, breakfast and frozen food are availalbe. It also depends on the day of the week. The staff are calm and very organised, please if you choose to access the food program be kind towards voluanteers, follow the queue as they are helping us to fullfill our hunger requirements. Once again thank you for all the voluanteers and the contributors of East end house, truly greatful.

  • My son started out full time and then transition into CPS but was able to maintain wrap around care with East End House. The staff is very warm and welcoming. My sons teachers are so caring, open and flexible. They make sure he gets the care he needs to be engaged and sense of belonging. Eats End House do a lot for the community and I so appreciate being part of their community. They are a hidden gem!

  • Here's the breakdown, tried to separate the people by the first 5 in a row and so on. sitting & taking my photo ID outside secondly it's not too structured inside these fools rush in and grab the food they try to stop them and then they give you #s 1or2 means how many items you get around the table and when you leave sometimes a nice gentleman will help you to your vehicle. On my home I got potatoes, oranges, mac& cheese, 2 bread's, Sweet potatoes, 2 frozen broccoli's, & plantains too.

  • I can only really speak to the volunteer staff that handles the food pantry. They are very nice.

  • Terrible communication and shady business practice. Put a child on the waitlist almost two years ago. For a while called and emailed Camille, who is the only person in charge of enrollment, daily. Left multiple messages with the receptionists. Never heard back. Personally know families whose children were behind mine on the list and who were placed. At least one had a personal relationship with Camille. I asked the City to call her and find out what was happening; they got no response either. Unclear how a subsidized school can run completely unaccountable.
