Enriched Learning Academy

Enriched Learning Academy has restored our trust and confidence with daycares. The owner has created a beautiful space for children to grow and learn. The owner ensures all her staff are the right fit, and the staff present as happy, engaged, and invested. This truly helps my child feel safe and seen throughout the day. My child enjoys the outdoor space, the sensory room and the daily class areas. The communication is quick, informative, and frequent. We cannot say enough good things and are happy we found this daycare.

I’ve known Nichole since 2013. She is one of the most caring and generous individuals I’ve ever met. She’s passionate about children. Her many years in the school system in different administration roles and teaching roles have set her up to be the perfect fit as the owner of Enriched Learning Academy. She has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a love for her community. But her passion and love for children far outweighs everything else. I have called her on many occasions over the years to seek her advice on learning behaviors and issues with my own son. Her desire and passion to help every child achieve their best self speaks volumes about her character.

My kids have been going to Enriched for almost a year now. I am beyond grateful for the care Nichole and all the Enriched staff provide for my children. As someone who previously worked in childcare, I know the in’s and out’s and how challenging it can be at times but the environment they create for the children is so warm and loving and my kids are so happy every time they walk in the door. The team at enriched learning academy creates a structured, nurturing, fun environment and it’s been such a blessing knowing my kids are safe and loved beyond measures. Whenever I’ve had a concern Nichole is always a step ahead of me and she handles every challenge that arises with understanding, respect, and thorough communication. This school has exceeded my expectations and I will always recommend them. My appreciation for Nichole and everyone at enriched learning academy goes way beyond words ❤️

My 4-year-old son, who faces some behavior challenges and has ADHD, attended this program for a period of time, and I was truly impressed with the experience. The director/owner, Dr. Nichole, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, patient, and genuinely caring toward him. She always took the time to listen, make him feel comfortable, and ensure he was supported, which gave me great peace of mind. Although he is no longer attending and has since moved on to a program better suited to his specific needs, I would still very highly recommend this program. The facility itself is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully set up, creating a structured environment that benefits all children. As a mother of twins, it’s not easy to find exceptional care—especially when siblings sometimes need to be in different programs—but this center truly stood out. On top of that, my 20-year-old daughter also had a wonderful experience interning with Dr. Nichole this past summer, which speaks volumes about the welcoming and supportive environment she has created.

I’ve had a very different experience with Enriched Learning and feel it’s important to share another perspective. My children have been enrolled here for several months, and the staff has consistently been attentive, kind, and responsive to both my children’s needs and my concerns as a parent. From day one, they took the time to understand our children’s routines around meals, naps, and comfort items. Any time I’ve brought up questions or small issues, the teachers and director have handled them promptly and with care. The classrooms I’ve seen have been clean, organized, and age-appropriate. My children has come home happy, well-cared for, and excited to return. We’ve also noticed meaningful progress in social skills, learning, and independence since joining. Regarding staffing, like most childcare centers, there is natural turnover, but the director has always communicated clearly when changes were happening, and we’ve never felt that safety or supervision was compromised. In fact, I’ve observed that teachers are nurturing and genuinely invested in the children’s growth. I would encourage parents to tour the center, meet the director and teachers, and see for themselves. For our family, Enriched has been a positive, trustworthy environment that we’re grateful to have in town.
