This is one of the BEST daycares in the area! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of child development and go above and beyond for the enrolled students!
Ryan HadleyJul 31, 2025Holden Hands has been wonderful for our baby! She is happy and well cared for, making it easier on us to go to work. I was very anxious about daycare, but Holden Hands made it an easy transition.
Briana Ball DurkinJun 27, 2025We love Holden Hands! The staff are so communicative and I always feel like my baby is safe there!
Samantha MorganFeb 12, 2025If you are having second thoughts about the Worcester center, pull your children, immediately. I witnessed teachers verbally abusing babies, shoving children to the ground, dragging children by the arm. The teachers are more concerned with socializing than they are with watching the children. The directors are more concerned with being friends with the staff. They have school aged children if the staff in any and every room, picking up babies and toddlers, and assaulting preschoolers. This center is unruly and dangerous. The directors are aware of what’s going on, as well as the owners, but no one can be bothered to care or do anything to stop it. When confronted with the things I saw, I was told that “all centers are like this,” “nothing could be done,” “it’s out of our hands to handle.” There is also a rat infestation that has been going on for months. Unhoused people have unfettered access to the playgrounds during the off hours, literally moments before the children arrive, without playground safety checks. Paint chipping on the playground equipment and unstable ground for said equipment don’t seem to be of concern for them either.
Greta GardotSep 20, 2024This is a fabulous daycare! Everyone goes above and beyond. A special shout out to one of the directors Amy! She has helped make a scary transition so much easier!
