My son was accepted, enrolled, and began attending the program. After approximately one week, the school informed us that he would require one-to-one support for part of the school day. Only a few days later, that requirement changed to full-time one-to-one support throughout the entire day, and we were given only a very short deadline to arrange it. These requirements were never disclosed during the admissions process and were not part of the enrollment agreement we signed. Had we known that providing a full-time one-to-one aide would become a condition of my son’s continued attendance, we would never have enrolled him. The school placed our family in an impossible situation by introducing increasingly demanding requirements after my son had already started. We made every effort to comply, but it was simply not possible to find full-time one-to-one support within the few days we were given. As a result, we felt we had no realistic choice but to withdraw him. As parents, it was heartbreaking to watch our son begin school only to face changing expectations that ultimately prevented him from continuing. No child should experience feeling unwelcome after just starting school, and no family should be put in a position where they feel forced to withdraw because of unexpected conditions introduced after enrollment. To make matters worse, after we withdrew under these circumstances, the school refused to refund the August tuition, even though my son’s withdrawal resulted from the new requirements they imposed after he had already started attending. We believe this was unfair and inconsistent with the expectations established when we enrolled. We hope the school will treat future families with greater transparency, disclose any potential support requirements before enrollment, and work collaboratively with parents rather than placing them in an impossible situation after their child has already begun attending. We intend to continue pursuing this matter through the appropriate channels because we believe no family should have to go through a similar experience. Our hope is that raising these concerns will encourage greater transparency and help prevent other children and families from facing the same situation.

As it was his very first school, my daughter felt very emotional and had mixed feelings about sending him. During the first few days, he cried when it was time to go to school, which was difficult for all of us.However, within about 10 days, he became excited to go to school every morning. We are truly grateful to the caring and dedicated teachers who made him feel safe, comfortable, loved, and welcomed. Their patience and kindness helped him adjust so well.It has been a joy to see how much he has grown and how many new things he has learned. We are very happy with his progress and highly appreciate the wonderful care and education provided by Illuminate Montessori. I would gladly recommend this school to other families looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their children.

He cried a lot at first, but within a week he adjusted well thanks to the love, patience, and care shown by his teachers. He started in the Toddler program and has now moved up to the Children's House program. Miss Manasa and Miss Ramya are incredibly kind, caring, and patient. They have always made him feel safe, supported, and happy at school. Since joining Illuminate, he has learned so many new things, made wonderful friends, and grown in confidence. Seeing how excited he is to go to school every day brings us so much joy. We are truly grateful to the entire Illuminate team for creating such a warm, nurturing, and positive environment for our son.

He comes home every day with a big smile and is always excited to tell us about what he learned and the fun he had. The teachers are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the children. All the teachers are kind and truly dedicated in helping each child grow and succeed. The classrooms are spacious and thoughtfully prepared while the children are encouraged to learn at their own pace through hands on experiences. Highly recommend!
